Good Morning Life, our angels guide us to know

2018 – was connected to Number 2 – Which was a very EMOTIONAL year for Many OF US, it was a year that worked largely around the heart chakra.

2019 – is connected to number 3 – and signifys a year of finding balance back in our lives, which means after a highly sensitive 2018, 2019 is a refreshing welcome to regain our stability, one step at a time.

These words are a wonderful manner to start the year

“while I open arms to welcome another beautiful year in my journey
Of learning, I thank all the people and situations coming my way this year
My angels are guiding me to celebrate life,
They are sending ME all the support I require to enhance MY lifestyle, welcome better health, enjoy quality time with people I love and they are creating a support system to help ME BECOME A HAPPIER PERSON (REPEAT THIS A COUPLE OF TIMES THIS WEEK)

This week work with archangel Michael to cut chords with all the baggage you are carrying through challenges you experienced

Every morning and night invite archangel Raphael to fill your body with his green healing light, this will clear emotional debris and bless you with vitality

Make time to help your body stay healthy, a simple prayer “ angels who help maintain good health, help my body to not indulge in food habits that cause imbalances to my body
Dear archangel Raphael send me the strength to move away from unhealthy food cravings”

And allow the energy of love to grace your relationships. Invite archangel jophiel to bless your relationships.
Relationships you treasure surround those people with pink light, which is the light of love

And finally don’t forget yourself, find ways to become your own best friend
Put your needs first, develop self love in a manner that it become’s a habit
Find ways of enhancing your knowledge, through books, conversations, technology based programmes, workshops etc

Do your best to do the above action steps in the coming week and this will help a support system manifest to guide you o stay focused on this pathway

Yet another year goes past , and OMG what a year, The mercury retrograde gets over Dec 6th, this retrograde had a large influence on communication in relationships , noticed many of you going through anxiety and pain, some experienced challenges within family, some with romance – love and some with your extended family friends etc.

The year like many in the past started with hope and joy for many of us, and looking back there possibly have been many experiences of moments that made you want to hold on to them as they got so much happiness, and moments that you wanted to let go very quickly due to the intensity of the imbalance and chaos it caused, but commendable for all those of you who overcame that phase.

An amalgamation of these experiences we bid GOODBYE too soon and offer gratitude for the experiences that made us stronger and wiser.

SIMPLIFYING YOUR LIFE
I cherish the simple pleasures of life, focus on what is important for you, and let everything else go, scan all areas of your life and clear out the internal and external clutter, and you will experience remarkable transformations. Rest and rejuvenate.

Do what matters, and release whatever is left. The universe wants you to know to clearly hear messages from spirit – simplify .

If you are always busy and have accumulated much more then you need you might also have a lot of static in your life, this can make a challenge to hear the voice of the creator.
Remove those things from your schedule that don’t move your life forward then go through your living and work spaces, room by room, and clear out the clutter.
Additionally, be sure to take time to clear any mental clutter, calm your mind and simplify your thoughts . the smallest amount of clutter clearing both internal and external can make a huge difference in your life.
