If there ever was a good time to study this fascinating field of Astronomy, it would be now! Our main objective at TPS is to prepare students for the future, and the future beckons AI, cloud computing and applied sciences! Students of TCET ( Thakur College of Engineering and Technology)conducted an engaging session on Astronomy and its applications, in our campus recently. TPSians were spellbound when they learnt hands-on through techniques like sandbox simulation and hologram adventure about the humongous possibilities in this field! This virtual celestial experience was a great delight indeed!
Primrose preschoolers celebrated Matribhasha Diwas by narrating stories and reciting poems in their own mother tongue.
Clay was molded creatively to make flowers, fruits and vegetables by the toddlers of Primrose preschool during Clay molding activity.

We at TPS know that new challenges need a brand new approach! Awareness about E-waste management is the need of the hour! Equipping the future generations with this new power to tackle new roadblocks is a must! An awareness session on e-waste and its environmental impacts was conducted by Teach India, a CSR initiative of The Times of India in collaboration with Mercedes.

Topic: *Incredible India* .From performing mesmerizing dance forms to exhibiting India's cultural heritage is truly incredible.

The sun, a star, a center point, shines its golden rays beyond. A piece in space so far away, nine planets revolving at dusk and dawn- these explain our solar system so well like our little buds did through a skit and poem in Assembly of class 4 -I.

Teaching children about community helpers is important because it helps them understand the roles of people in society. They also understand the importance of cooperation and interdependence.

Assembly topic - Being safe
Teaching safety rules help students take care of themselves and understand the consequences of risk-taking behaviour. They also learn to facilitate safe living for themselves as well as their fellow beings.

It is rightly said “Time and Tide wait for none”. An individual should understand the value of time for him to succeed in all aspects of life. It was found that the most important tool for time management is to prioritize the task, and the same was demonstrated by 4A students through skit, doha, dance and song.

Trees are the best gift of nature for us. They make the environment beautiful and clean. Trees become the reason for life on Earth . The students of Std 3 A have beautifully expressed their emotions for trees as their best friend through prayer, skit, dance and song. Audience was mesmerized with the performance of their wards.

6D Assembly
Impact of social media on children
'Social media is not a monologue, it’s a two-way conversation.' This motto was put forward in the assembly conducted by 6D. It was showcased beautifully through a skit, amazing dance and speech given by students.

Class 3H presented assembly on- The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, perhaps the most popular children’s story ever written by L Frank Baum. The parents, teachers and all students enjoyed the beautiful show. Kudos to the kids for their energetic and mesmerizing performance.

Being a Good Citizen
My country is changing for the better, but am I also changing myself for the better?
Mahatma Gandhi has rightly said, “ Be the Change you want to see in others!”
Students of std 7 made us delve deep into this thought of being good citizens.

A leap year is a calendar year that has an extra day, 366 days instead of the usual 365, to keep the calendar year synchronized with the astronomical year. The students and parents of Grade 3G enthusiastically participated in the assembly potraying the significance of leap day.

Aim like a shooter,
Defend like a goalkeeper,
Run like a marathoner and
Stay calm as batsman in the last over, and last but not least
Accept failure gracefully!
In today’s Assembly, Std.7 Students showed their best sporty versions indeed!

"The only skill that is important is the skill of learning new skills." The students of 4-G showcased the LSRW skills in the form of a game, skit and dance. The parents enjoyed watching their ward perform with ease and confidence.

"If you're trying to create a company, it's like baking a cake. You have to have all the ingredients in the right proportion." This thought was showcased very beautifully in the Assembly by the students of class 6A .The students portrayed the importance of ratio and proportion through a wonderful skit, rhythmic music, amazing quiz and energized dance.

Students of Std 7D portrayed what sets TPS ians apart from other school counterparts .. Our happy, hardworking and disciplined students are always prepared for a skillful ,bright and successful future!

Measurement is the basic concept in the study of Mathematics through which one can measure objects or events. Std 3C students presented this concept elaborating their day to day examples through skit, song and dance during the assembly. Parents related the concept well and enthusiastically enjoyed every moment of this event.
