I have been not so well for last 16 mths.
So I would like to put my experience to share with you all.
When illness comes to us- we always ask Why me? Why not ask why not me?
In all these years when we kept well and healthy and isease free we never asked Why me? ? Right?
So now just accept your illness go ahead and solve it or at least try to solve
It to the best possible way and meanwhile go on with life. Continue your work- where ch is the best remedy and continue to be cheerful. The disease and pain keep in its place and donโ€™t let it pervade your whole being. This s where we make our mistakeโ€ฆ the disease envelopes is.
Remember w rare more than the disease.
The disease in its place and you continue your life as was or as much as possible
Try this. And see where you land!

Whatโ€™s on MY MIND? The latest NJH feb 2022 issue on COVID โ€ฆ really Meets all challenges
And to begin with - the Editorial with a difference

Which I share here with you:

The Covid Testimony
This February editorial will be different: I will share my own COVID experiences only.
Since 2020, we have done more than 4000 preventives and through 2020- 21 we had few failure and very few Covid patients; about 30 which we treated with great success. We lost only 2 patients. In 2022 : 40 patients and full success. We will cite our approach and some cases here.
โ€ข The preventive given to thousands in 2022 was :
โ€ข Day 1/2 Tub-b 1M BD
โ€ข Day 8/9 Camphor 1M BD
โ€ข ALL who took monthly preventive doses did NOT get Covid except a minimal few.
โ€ข The remedy used for all infected patients was Camph 1M 4 hrly with Ferr-
phos 6x or 5 Phos 6x
โ€ข 2022 Covid 3 era โ€“ we changed the preventive to : Day 1/2 Tub-b 1M BD.
โ€ข Day 8/9 Covid 19 Nosode BD
โ€ข Acute same: Camph 1M QDS
โ€ข 2022 even with preventive, many got Covid < excess exposure. Acute Treatment very effective: able to
treat almost ALL with Camph 1M 4 hrly in 3 days except some severe coughs which took a week more. To cite some cases here.
Case 1: Mrs JS 75, Jan 2022 for chronic headache: shooting pain OD and severe ones 1/10 days; since 2021 left ear surgery (for hole in the eardrum), the pain is everyday, left side, < draft of air, > pressure, > closing eyes > dark. BP 140/80 mmHg, Fasting Blood Sugar. Also lingering pain in left ear
Patient was born during partition and had shifted from Pakistan to India. She is the eldest with two younger brothers and two younger sisters. Her mother passed away very early when pt. was 11 years old; grandmother took over, treated them well but not with love.
Father was always away from home for work; he did not give them time nor love
Grandmother did her duty but it was pt who take care of siblings
After marriage, at the age of 21 years, patient had to live in a big joint family. She had two mothers-in- law. Father-in-law was very strict, elder mother-in-law troubled patient a lot, taunted her all the time and complained to father-in-law. Her actual mother-in-law was nice, not trouble her. Patient feels that though she did not get love from her family as mother passed away early etc,. but she got some love at in-laws. unfortunately her husband passed away in 021, which put her in grief and shock
โ€ข 12/1/22: On the basis of her grief and shock we selected Ignatia 1M
โ€ข 13/1/22: Initially on Day 1, the patient responded well and said that she was much better and she got up
fresh with no headache
โ€ข 14/1/22: Day2 she said, ok, but pain in the night is unbearable and took a painkiller every night
โ€ข This made us think that yes she is Loganaecea family but not Ign (Cancer Miasm), but she is probably
Malaria miasm. (the miasm which feels you can be attacked anytime just like the malarial fever which goes away completely but returns without warning โ€“ a week later then after 2 weeks then after 6months

and so on) Which means pt. feels that the headache attacks her anytime or all the time- which makes
her insecure. The remedy in Loganaceae family, Malaria Miasm is Spigelia.
โ€ข 15/1/22: We gave Spigelia 200
โ€ข 17/1/22: got 4 stools/ day. Ct Rx
โ€ข 18/1/22: doing much better
โ€ข 28/1/22: Mild head pain but severity is very less and does not need painkiller
โ€ข 4-2-22: Developed cough, difficult expectoration, tongue coated. Ant-tart 200 4P 4hrly.
โ€ข 5-2-22: Got fever, tested positive for Covid. Medicine changed to Camphor 1M 4 hrly.
โ€ข 6-2-22: Fever better. (in 1 day!). Cough ++
โ€ข 7-2-22: Cough started reducing and better in 3 more days. Camphor stopped
โ€ข 14-2-22 Follow up on Zoom: looks fresh and smiling and happy with no headache no cough, and no
weakness.
Case 2
On Monday 31-1-22 my husband, who has been fighting cancer for 4 years, suddenly developed fever 100 at 11am โ€“ nurse gave Tab Dolo and fever came down When I saw him at 12 pm the SpO2 had dropped to 77%. Immediately I started Camphor 1M every 15-30 mins. The SpO2 came up slowly. At 1 pm SpO2 was 80โ€”gradually by 2 pm it reached 90! Before even the O2 machine -which we had ordered -arrived
I reduced Camphor to 1 hrly. 3 pm the SpO2 was 93 and out of danger. I had needed 6 doses in 8 hours to bring up and maintain SPO2 to 93-94.
Oxygen machine arrived by 3 pm and gave some help. Thus the crisis was handled mainly by homoeopathy. In 2-3 hours SpO2 moved from 77 to 93, which is quite re-assuring about capability of homoeopathy; every time it dropped below 90 I would repeat Camphor: SPO2 immediately came up by 1-2 levels. Camphor 4 hrly till 6-2-22.
Next day when the MD doctor visited, Rapid Antigen test was done and it was negative. So we left it at that. No further tests done. Then Carcinosin 1M was given for 2 days then Plum-met restarted for his foot drop. Case 3
In a family of 3, on 7-1-22 daughter got symptoms and we started Camphor 1M qds.
On 11-1-22, mother got depressed, had cough with green discharge and sinusitis and some fever. Camphor 1M was started 4 hourly. Covid test came positive on 12-1-22. Camphor continued till 17-1-22 then followed by tub-b 1M for 2 days. (our usual pattern is to end with an anti-miasmatic.)
These 2 were isolated. Husband cooked to the extent he could. On 7-1-22 itself he had taken the preventive we give monthly to regular patients. For backache Rhus-tox helped.
Till 17-1-22 he was well, then got mild fever 99, no other symptoms. All tests negative. So he DID NOT GET COVID! That proved: if taken preventive and take precautions, you mostly donโ€™t get Covid. We continued him on his regular medicines.
The Mo and Da stayed in usual 10 days quarantine and under Homoeopathy returned to good health. This issue will give you enough tools to handle the balance months of Covid, which looks to end soon. In our clinic, we will continue preventives 1 in 2-3 mths to our patients.
