If WHAT we deliver is important, then HOW we deliver is more important to delight our customers!!!
In the world of SERVICE, where there is no one way to achieve/measure customer satisfaction and loyalty, it becomes extremely important for businesses to understand exactly what their customers value. Each customer traces his/her own journey through the service processes.
What should a business do in order to understand its customers' pain points?
How can it identify bottlenecks in its processes to give the customer not just the core product but the EXPERIENCE?
As part of Service Operations Management, PGMPW2022 got an opportunity to trace the customer journey of two service companies and map the same with their frontstage, backstage and support processes that help in delivering value to their customers.
It was great fun working in teams, brainstorming, putting a bunch of ideas on paper, and eventually presenting it to our professor Debmallya Chatterjee sir and to our class.

Experiences to cherish for Life!!
The participants of PGMPW Batch 2022 attended a two-day Leadership Lab. The lab was conducted by Prof. Lata Dhir and Prof. Amit Jain.
The Lab focused on the participant’s experiences while working in teams and how the learnings help individuals. The Lab had some interesting discussions, role plays and outbound activities.
The discussions were around the topics of interpersonal dynamics, leadership capabilities, and career adaptability among others.
While this was the 2nd Lab for the participants, the first Lab focused on self-awareness.

SPJIMR’s PGMPW (Batch 2022) is the cohort that defines diversity. A group of committed and determined young women from different backgrounds started this journey together on January 17, 2022. This is what they have to say..
“The past 6 months have given us a wealth of knowledge and experience.
The programme teaches us to “unlearn” and be open to new learnings and encourages us to continuously improvise and keep an innovative mindset. We enjoy each and every minute of this experience as we get to learn from brilliant faculty at the Institute who have made their mark in the industry and academic world.
