but the human experience often highlights this fact that equally unique and powerful things lie within - your own creativity, deep feeling, the power to imagine, the ability to plan and think into the past and future;
Why not develop these also as we do and live and live and do…

The Paralympics are a testament to this fact - that the most important prop is deep inside.

In shirsasana for example, you need to imagine and plan for equally powerful things inside as well as outside…
