Job Location:- Saki Vihar Road, Powai, Andheri East
Min 3-5 year experience need in same Electrical or HVAC draftsman
Salary will be 15k to 30k (Depend on Experience & Knowledge)

For HVAC:-
Preparing HVAC shop drawings and co-ordination with all other MEP service.
Monitoring drawing submittal.
Making Design of HVAC system as per client requirement.
Preparation of ducting layout
You should know the ducting size calculation,Griil,diffuser, terminal box, riser size calculation.
Preparation of Ducting & insulation qty sheet.
Preparation of chilled water & condenser water piping layout
You should know the chilled water & condenser water pipe size calculation.
You should know Schematic layout of chilled water system.
Preparation of piping & insulation qty sheet.
For Electrical:-
The Employee responsibility includes design and AutoCAD Drafting of complete Electrical works including small power, lighting layout, power layout, fire alarm, fire alarm, telephone, security, CCTV, MATV, lightning protection, and other works like Quantity take off, preparation of As Built drawings etc.

3.Checking of all the Contractors Bills as per the assign project work to the contractors.

4.Arithmetic, Technical checking of the bills as per the tender, contract agreement and specification. Maintain joint measurement Sheet along with Client Engineering for processing of bills.

5.Preparing and checking the Price escalation sheet of the bills.

Piping Draftsman (Diploma in Civil Engg. preferred).
Knowledge of Autocad (Latest version).
3 to 5 years’ experience relavent.
Resident of Andheri (East) preferred.
Salary – Rs. 15,000/- to 20,000/- depending upon experience.
