We, CLYXN_STUDIOS x SORXN (Tantraniketan), successfully conducted a 2-day hands-on UI/UX and Designing Workshop using Figma on February 16–17, 2026.
The workshop was organized for second-year students of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Department at Viva College Of Engineering, Virar (E), Maharashtra.
This workshop was successfully conducted by our Trainers, Chinmay Sawant and Ksh*tij Sawant, whose expertise and guidance made the sessions highly interactive and insightful.
Over the course of two days, the workshop began by exploring the fundamental differences between UI and UX, and how our everyday experiences influence the way we perceive and interact with design. We also discussed how inspiration can be drawn from nature. The session covered core UI/UX design foundations, supported by key examples from Don Norman’s “The Design of Everyday Things.”
Learning Topics Covered:
- Creating reusable components in Figma
- Understanding live interactions in design
- Interactive prototyping with multiple states and animations
- Wireframing as a foundation for effective and user-centered design
- Design Systems and advanced features in Figma
- Building component libraries for scalability
- Using Figma variables for spacing and consistency
- Preparing designs for production-ready workflows
Workshop Outcomes:
- Clear understanding of UI vs UX concepts
- Ability to create reusable components and design systems in Figma
- Hands-on experience with prototyping and animations
- Improved wireframing and user-centered design thinking
- Exposure to real-world design workflows and best practices
It was truly encouraging to see students actively participate, showcase their creativity, and put in genuine effort to learn something new. The workshop was a great experience overall.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the Principal, HODs, and the teaching and non-teaching staff for their constant support. We also thank our team for their dedication and efforts, which made this workshop a success.

The sensor that helps robots avoid mistakes
Ultrasonic sensors measure distance using sound waves—sending a pulse and listening for the echo to understand what lies ahead.
By accurately measuring distances from 2 cm to 400 cm, these sensors allow machines to detect obstacles, monitor levels, and navigate their environment with confidence.
Unlike light-based sensors, ultrasonic sensors work reliably even in darkness, making them essential for robotics and real-world automation systems.
This is how machines sense space.
This is how smart movement begins.
Perfect for students and innovators exploring robotics, embedded systems, automation, and hands-on electronics.
