But in my view, overcoming stammering is more about addressing the roots of this speaking issue. Stammering is just a symptom; the root cause lies in repeatedly reinforcing these negative aspects.😶

It's like a fire 🔥– we want it to stop, but we continuously add more fuel to it. Similarly, if you aim to eliminate stammering while unconsciously perpetuating limiting beliefs, negative thoughts about yourself, and other such emotions, can you truly achieve freedom from it?🤔

As a PWS, I've gone through this entire journey myself and repeatedly made this mistake, which prolonged my path to freedom.
