A Prestigious and Reputed Luxury Hotel Brand in Mumbai is seeking a CRUCIAL RESOURCE for managing all brands, distribution channels, & deployment of Sales across all units & outdoor catering division in India.
POSITION :GENERAL MANAGER (Sales & Mktng)
LOCATION : MUMBAI
SALARY :Upto 18 LPA
EXPERIENCE : 8 to 10 yrs
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for overall positioning of the hotel & restaurant including brand communication & development of the customers for rooms, F& B outlets, outdoor catering & events.
Responsible for preparing budgets for sales & Mktng & subsequently pricing for each individual unit in coordination with unit heads & Director sales & Mktng.
Responsible for achieving budgeted target for revenue generation & expense.
Create an effective Sales & Mktng program that will increase awareness & positive perception of the hotels, it's activites , culinary offerings & personnel.
Accurate measuring & reporting on all sales & Mktng efforts & generate & circulate necessary reports to all concerned.
Develop rates, group sales deployment strategies through review of competitive data, demand analysis & mix Mgmnt
Review all monthly MIS reports of the hotel & elaborate on variances to budget if any one monthly basis.
