The Secret of any achievement is to Get Started
👉 Procrastination is the enemy: One of the biggest obstacles to success is procrastination.
The secret to overcoming it is simple - get started! Taking that first step, no matter how small, sets the momentum in motion and helps you build the necessary drive and determination to achieve your goals.
👉Break it down:
Success can feel overwhelming when viewed as one big, daunting task. Break it down into smaller, manageable steps. For example, if your goal is to write a book, start by outlining chapters, setting aside dedicated writing time, and committing to a word count goal each day. By breaking it down, you can see progress and stay motivated.
👉Embrace your mistakes as part of the journey:
Fear of failure often holds people back from taking action. Remember that failure is an essential part of success. Each setback is an opportunity to learn, grow, and improve. Thomas Edison famously said, "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." Embrace failures as stepping stones toward success.
👉Celebrate milestones and stay motivated: Acknowledge and celebrate your achievements along the way. Milestones serve as reminders of your progress and boost your motivation to keep going. Reward yourself for reaching significant goals, and use those moments of celebration to
👉Surround yourself with support:
Success is often a team effort. Surround yourself with supportive and like-minded individuals who inspire and motivate you. Join groups, attend networking events, or find mentors who can provide guidance and encouragement along your journey.

Have you ever been fearful of the ? Of what will happen? How the money will flow in? How will I manage the time? How will I manage the family? What if I fail? What if people discourage me.
Well it has been quite some time, I have lost interest in my current job. However, the paycheck at the end of each month is something I cannot let go yet. I keep wondering, what will happen? I desire to do something on my own in the training and coaching space. I successfully did my certifications for the same as well.
Now every time I think of leaving my job, I literally shiver thinking but what about the money?
The money I make in my job is much much more than 50,000 a month and I wonder if I can generate that much in my new profession. I tried a lot of things. I discussed with my husband, close friends etc
What was I doing here? Was I scared? Scared of what? Not leaving the job or scared of taking a decision? Scared of taking responsibility of the decision. I kept asking many people. They gave me their points of view also but it was not helping. I continued to work but I was not interested in working. It used to not excite me. I was doing it only so that I could avoid the responsibility and the fear. I feared that If I moved on from my job, my house would be taken care of. (My husband is doing very well financially) but If I did not make enough money I would be dependent on someone. When you are working for a good 15 years plus you get used to being independent. I also feared that I would not succeed in my new profession and then I may have to go back to the job. What face will I go back with? And this went on and on. Along with this I grew more more frustrated, irritated and agitated and the smallest of things. I was doing something I dint want to and not doing what I wanted to.
Then one day I chose to implement what I learned in my coaching certification.
“Coach yourself before you coach others” So I started spending time with myself and did some self-coaching.
What does a do? A coach asks questions and does not judge. There is no right or wrong.
A coach does not give answers but empowers the coachee to find answers as per his or her capacity.
Now I asked myself these questions
What is my capacity? Is it the same with the people who I am going to for advice? Offcourse not. Because I am unique. This kind of gave me confidence. Ok so I am unique and how do I channelize my uniqueness?
I have my strengths and weakness how do I optimise?
What actions will I take now that will enable me to achieve success in my new profession 6 months or 1 year later?
Who do I consider successful in the new profession? Can I use their qualities in my own fashion?
What are the 10 steps I need to do every day to feel closer to my achievement?
Another thing I did was changing my vocabulary- from a fearful I don’t want to leave my job to a faithful I am soon moving on from my job to create more to contribute more to be more. This released any guilt I had. I started being grateful for the job but it did not feel like a restriction. It felt like a blessing in disguise. From Oh my God how will I manage I went to lets find ways of managing job and coaching for now. From fear of not having money to faith of creating value.
All this and much more happened because I was coached in the right way. Because I was empowered.
Today I have taken small yet powerful steps to live my dream of being a coach and empowering people to bring out the best in them along with my job.
If you find yourself stuck in any situation, are fearful, confused or just need someone to bring your hidden strengths to the forefront I highly recommend you talk to a coach.
We all have strengths but they get hidden somewhere behind the fears, behind the limiting beliefs etc. A coach can enable you to lift all the barriers and see your powerful self. When you see your powerful self you take decisions based on confidence and then implement them successfully.
