They say - Your love for Italian food is never complete without loving Focaccia.
My journey of baking focaccia started 2 years ago, and since then I am just amused as to how easy this bread is to make. I can say this is the easiest bread to start off your bread baking process, and also is therapeutic in a way. Whether you dump your fingers in dough soaked in olive oil, or you decorate your Focaccia with multiple options of toppings or just go classic and season it with Rosemary and sea salt, the experience is quite satisfying.
I never skip making these Focaccia sandwiches whenever I make bread. And trust me they taste amazing .
I wanted to post a reel of it but my reels are not responding well these days, so I posted a carousal post and I decided to share photos of this super tasty Focaccia.

Why i am sharing this old photo of Methi Matar Malai ???
Bcz i am craaaviiing for it.
I was in Bali since last week and all i got was non vegetarian food everywhere. Being a vegetarian it's always difficult and especially when you are in South East Asia. My flight landed at 2.00 a.m and the first thing i ordered was Methi Matar Malai from Zomato. Although it was not that great, but I was satisfied being in India and having my purely vegetarian meal at my home.
Now tomorrow's menu is Dal, Chawal and aloo ki sabzi-the versatile Indian soul food.
