Don’t just try to raise your children.
They’re already learning from the way you speak, react, love, handle stress, apologise, rest, and treat yourself.
They watch more than they listen.
And children don’t just inherit our habits.
They inherit our emotional patterns too.
And perhaps that’s why parenting changes us so deeply —
it quietly asks us to grow alongside them. 💛
Day 43/365
11/05/2026
On a scale of 1–10…
10 being extremely comfortable 👀
How comfortable are you at saying:
“No.”
No without guilt.
No without overexplaining.
No without feeling like you disappointed someone.
Because sometimes,
the hardest boundaries aren’t with others…
They’re with the part of us that was taught
to keep everyone else comfortable first.
Day 41/365
09/05/2026
Somewhere along the way, mothers started believing they had to become superheroes.
To keep going without rest.
To stay patient through exhaustion.
To carry the emotional weight of everyone around them… silently.
But the truth is —
the “supermom” cape is heavy.
And behind that strong exterior is often a woman who is tired, overstimulated, overwhelmed, and still trying her best every single day.
So maybe it’s time to throw the Supermom Cape away
To stop measuring your worth by how much you can handle alone.
To stop believing that asking for help means you’re failing.
To stop feeling guilty for needing rest, softness, space.
Because there is something deeply powerful
about a mother who no longer feels the need to be superhuman.
A mother who says:
“I am learning too.”
“I am growing too.”
“I am human too.”
From one mom to another
Happy Mother's Day ❤

Day 34/365
18/04/2026
You are the story they proudly tell everyone about... Or you are the story they'll spend their whole life recovering from... Think about it.
Day 18/365
17/04/2026
The deadly What-Ifs:
What if my child doesn't score well? What if my child doesn't live upto his potential?
How often do we overthink the worst-case situations!
Let's flip this around. Let's begin to overthink the best possible scenarios for our kids and let us watch the universe say, "Tathastu! Amen! Ameen!"

Curiosity (from Latin cūriōsitās, from cūriōsus "careful, diligent, curious", akin to cura "care") is a quality related to inquisitive thinking such as exploration, investigation, and learning, evident by observation in humans and animals.
Curiosity is heavily associated with all aspects of human development, in which derives the process of learning and desire to acquire knowledge and skill.
The term curiosity can also be used to denote the behavior or emotion of being curious, in regard to the desire to gain knowledge or information.
Curiosity as a behavior and emotion is attributed over millennia as the driving force behind not only human development, but developments in science, language, and industry.
Curious Minds Celebrates Curiosity for the Month of July.
Meet us at the end of the month to see all the adventures we and our kids went on to understand and define Curiosity.
