PATNA HIGH COURT ने कहा – पति का पहला कर्तव्य है पत्नी की देखभाल करना।
•भाइयों को आश्रित नहीं माना जाएगा।दिवंगत बहन की बेटी की देखभाल नैतिक जिम्मेदारी हो सकती है, लेकिन कानूनी जिम्मेदारी नहीं।

•केस में पति RPF कांस्टेबल है, जिसकी सैलरी करीब 41,000 रुपये है।कोर्ट ने आदेश दिया – पत्नी को हर महीने 12,000 रुपये गुजारा भत्ता देना होगा।पति की याचिका हाईकोर्ट ने खारिज कर दी।

यानी, कोर्ट ने साफ कर दिया कि सबसे पहले पत्नी की देखभाल ज़रूरी है|

This is a mandatory decision by the honourable court it will increase the power and capability of giving decision in the district court. As in the district court ground reality should be experienced by a judge. It will further more beneficiary for advocates as the judge in sitting in the bench will also understand the practical standing of an advocates.
