When should students start preparing for placement? Most students put it off to final year. But preparing for placement requires, understanding of your strengths and weaknesses. Inculcating right habits, developing the right mindset and learning right skills. This requires time and consistent effort. So one should start preparing for job readiness and employabilityskills as soon as possible.
