Session Synopsis of the program for a recruitment company.

The preps began with

b) An outline was shared for client to approve

c) Post approval, interview with various stakeholders to be able to customize the content

The program flowed smoothly with new concept, training games around the concepts, and an implementation tracker post the concept- which made it more impactful.

One of the largest Housing Finance Companies in India

Audience Profile: Regional Managers (Leadership) managing teams of sales executives

Challenges : They were operating with Traditional leadership Styles resulting in verbal disputes with team members.
This lead to lot of disrespect for the leaders,resulting in low sales.

Solutions:
Our package comprised of:
a) Pre-training interviews with the stakeholders to understand the gap and accordingly designing the content

b) Training Delivery: the leaders underwent a self-assessment test to know their current score on Leadership and the same would be undertaken post training to check whether the score has scaled up.

1 day training program on " Art & Science of Leadership Skills"- where we gave handouts and worksheets .

3) Post training : future action plans given to be used and implemented along with temates.

1) Art of First Impressions:
Your impressions are created not just by the way you speak ,however also before we open our mouth- the way we dress, our hygiene levels, our body language etc

Hence wearing the right footwear, makeup, accessories, the shoe and belt co-ordination need to be kept in mind

SMILE is the icebreaker even with strangers at work, try it ,, it works wonders.

2) Be Visible: Barricading yourself can be perceived as being rude and arrogant. Participate in all office activities, give your viewpoints when you are a part of any conversation, however avoid isolating self from others.

3) Respect: irrespective of your designation, respecting everyone is crucial- right from the interns to the CEO. You will definitely have difference of opinions; however the way in which you express them will make all the difference- we need not shout, disrespect or badmouth others to prove our point.

4) Be Flawless at the meetings: Non- verbal communication plays a major role at work. Hence being punctual at the meetings, being dressed aptly – tells a lot about you. Breaking the ice with strangers at the meetings, being polite and also respecting other’s viewpoints will do the trick

This Women’s day I plan to celebrate differently; by Actually breaking the bias.
Today is OUR day— a day dedicated to celebrating the achievements of women and raising awareness against bias.

While we talk about women not being treated equally at some places, I feel we must also acknowledge the cases where women are being treated more than equal.

And the theme of this International Women’s day being “Break the Bias” , I think it's high time we also salute the men who are behind every women; most of the time operating “behind the scenes"-- that in true sense would be “breaking the bias” according to me .

I would like to extend my gratitude to the unseen men in my life…my husband Mitesh Adhiya with whose support I have been able to travel PAN India for my work, who helps me in household chores, who never judges me and of course also gives me my “Me Time” happily .
My brother Ashish Rajwade who always persuades and inspires me, gives me hope when I tend to lose it and never gives me any scope to give up.
My father Bhalchandra Rajwade who still appreciates my academic achievements even years after my school life.

A power-packed open workshop on "Workplace Productivity- change the way you work " was conducted. The participants ranged from the DGM, GM, CMO-sales & Mkg ,Regional heads.

They designed their own ROTI scores for thier daily tasks, identified their top priorities to be focused on, made a ready to use template for the same. The major time enemy- SOCIAL MEDIA was tackled with the help of powerful strategies .
Procrastination Funnel was an eye opener for them where they learnt how to deal with their procrastination.

They mentioned that meetings consume a lot of time with people coming in at different intervals apart from the meeting time mentioned.
PAT approach to conduct meetings was again an ice on the cake - they designed their own PAT approach to be followed from next meetings.
The session ended on a high commitment from them to implement the techniques taught along with my High Impact -" ready-to use" templates for easy reference .
