.Republic Day Celebration🇮🇳

The 74th Republic Day was celebrated with great pride and reverence on 26th January, 2023 in the school premises. The ceremony began with the unfurling of the tricolour flag by Managing Director Mr. Sushil Goyal, Principal Mrs. Navjot Takkar followed by the National Anthem to pay tribute to the motherland.

Situations & Circumstances are same but approach makes it different...

In today's scenario where everyone is in constant bafflement, where every moment is a testing moment & where running hands of the clock reminds us that we have to run & bear the loads of responsibilities & live upto the expectations of everyone around. All these situations create & lead to stress & strain in life.
In order to help teachers to learn to cope with stress which they face in classrooms or at personal fronts, One Day workshop on 'Stress Management' for staff was held at G. Holy Heart Public School, Mehalkalan.

The resource person Ms. Mridul Jain emphasised the need to manage emotions and thereby reduce stress in life. She also spoke about both the positive and negative aspects of ' Stress'. She shared her valuable views from the vast ocean of experience in managing stress. She termed the teachers as the Engineers of the classroom who invariably influence the young minds and leave a lasting impression on them.

The workshop concluded with an enlightening and self-introspection session which brought a big smile on the faces of teachers.
