Keeping Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management permanently on the radar of Google, Pooja, Semester VI, computer science & engineering has been selected as the facilitator for "Applied CS for Android Program" under able guidance of Karthik Ramakrishnan,a Sahyadrian from Mechanical Engineering who has also been selected as Google Student Ambassador for the year 2014-15 !!
Pooja has cleared two rounds of selection (application round and YouTube round) and recently attended a bootcamp in Google Office, Bangalore.
The "Applied Science for Android" Program will enable students to adopt the algorithms used by engineers at Google and help them develop their technical abilities.

We're happy to inform you'll that GSA fest has come to an end .Now it's time for us to celebrate this grand success.
I thank all the participants as well as audience for your well wishes and support.

On the second day of the fest, we had “Game On!” , a one day workshop on game development.A hands on session on Unity platform to develop, Website, Desktop and Android games.The participants learnt gameplay events, and also level designing, similar to the classic game by Nokia called “Bounce”.

ID8 was a design thinking session held in collaboration with DC Office Mangaluru.The participants developed app solutions for the given problem statement – "Design a feedback system for citizens visiting the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Mangaluru"

After completing 2 successful events of the Fest i.e "IdEaTe" and "GaMe On" the GSC is all set for the next event of the fest "Rohan Corporation App Fair " which is tomorrow at Rohan Corporation for which large number of participants have already registered graciously from in and around Mangalore..
Seeing a large number of people registering we have decided to keep the Forum Mall App fair next saturday i.e 7th march followed by valedictory function on 8th march at Forum Fiza Mall,where participants & winners will be awarded in the presence of the best guest speakers from Mangalore..😇
So people Sunday ki shaam ho jaaye hamare naam 😌😍
Do come for the valedictory function on 8th evening at Forum Fiza Mall,Pandeshwar and experience the googliness 😁😍
