Radiance Preparatory School (RPS) is another academic venture of Surmani Educational Trust after Radiance Institute of IT & Management (RIIM, Estd. 2012).

RPS is founded in 2014 by Our Honorable MD Shrey Raj, who felt the need of a private educational institution to cater to the holistic educational needs of the students fraternity in Chapra and thus were born RIIM & RPS. Armed with a vision plus boundless energy and gaining credibility by the day, giant strides were made and the young institution grew rapidly in enrolment, quality and community recognition and soon outgrew its place of birth and it became obvious that a new location was needed. The progressive march to spread education also resulted in opening up of new associate franchises. RPS is CBSE pattern based Day- Boarding School. It has Co- Education and English Medium.RPS is renowned for the quality of its education and its supportive environment. The school provides students with an inspirational educational experience offering them rapid career progression in future. As a group, Radiance truly epitomizes the fact that “Success is a Journey and not a Destination.”
