Our institution conducted Women’s Day celebration program to honor and empower women in the presence of the College Incharge Mr.Parisekaran Secretary Dr. Bala.Karthikeyan, Principal Dr. B. Selvarajan and Mrs. Manjula Baskaran, MAVMM Governing Member.

The Guest of honor for the event was Mrs. Pongayathri Devi, Proprietor and Founder of Tulip Crafts, Madurai. She shared her inspiring entrepreneurial journey and explained dedication, creativity, and perseverance had helped her establish her business. She motivated students, especially women, to develop entrepreneurial skills, overcome challenges, and confidently pursue theirs ambitions.

Our college successfully organized the Student Entrepreneur Weekly Interface featuring a session on Self Reflection.

The session was delivered by Ms.R. Radhika, Programme Coordinator at Hopeworks Foundation and Placement Trainee at MSN Women’s College, Poovanthi.

The program aimed to highlight the importance of self-reflection in personal and professional development. The session emphasized the role of introspection in developing entrepreneurial mindset and leadership capabilities. Students gained valuable insights into building confidence and making informed decisions

Our college Professor Dr.S.Anitha conducted "Skill Development Training" for the Students of Madonna Arts & Science College for women.

The Trainees were prepared to face the upcoming challenges at work. This program helped to improve their confident and equipped with knowledge and skill base that was essential to perform the assigned tasks.

Our college Professors Dr.S.Anitha and Dr.Lakshmishree conducted "Skill Development Training" for the Students of SLS MAVMM Ayira Vaisyar college.
This Training aimed to upgrade skills to Industry Standards. It focused on different skill sets, bridging the gap between existing skills and required job competencies.

Our Chief guest Ms.R.Vanathi Soundaram, Incubation Manager, Solamalai Foundation for Startup Incubation, Madurai has taken a lecture on topic "Decoding Startups". The speaker explained Women entrepreneurship, Opportunities & Challenges in TN, Government support for Startups in TN, Importance of Innovation in Business, Design thinking and Digital Prototyping aspects.

Scholarship program was initiated by our OAA school of Management for the benefit of the student community. All final year students irrespective of their discipline are eligible to enroll in this program.
The program has 6 project options :
* BSE/NSE listed company profile,
* Interview session with Managing Director of one crore revenue company,
* Logo creation for existing local brands,
* Project reports for new startups,
* One crore revenue ideas based on madurai consumers,
* Organic promotion ideas for every business.

The Students should select any one or two ideas with team or as an individual. The primary goal of this program is to upgrade the skills for employment or self employment offering practical work experience alongside class room learning.

Participants will receive training, mentorship and monthly stipend of Rs.3000 per student and the winning team will bag cash prize of Rs.15,000/_of total cash prize worth of Rs.50,000/-

Faculties Dr.S.Anitha and Dr.Lakshmishree explained in detail about the above scholarship program to the students of commerce department at Yadav college.

Dr.Balasubramanian, Head Commerce department has organised the event in a very disciplined manner.
Totally 52 students joined in the learn and earn program on that day. Students doubts were clarified by both OAA faculties.
Dr.S.Anitha and Dr.Lakshmi Shree further revealed the key benefits (financial support, employability,skill development & mentorship)of Learn and Earn program. Then students showed interest and enthusiasm in joining this program.
