*WORLD HEALTH WELLNESS WEEK Observed Significantly at BVM SEC-39 with great enthusiam*
To raise global awareness about critical health issues, promote healthy lifestyles and mobilize action towards disease prevention and equitable health access, *World Health Wellness Week* was celebrated from *11th May to 16th May* with great spirit at *B.V.M, Sec-39, Chd. Rd.,Ldh.* To maintain good health & fitness, various activities like- *Meditation, Yoga asanas, Physical & Mental ability exercises and Volleyball specific drills* were organised for the classes *I to VIII* in the school premises. Students learnt the *importance of exercise, healthy food and good habits* to stay fit and active.
*Principal, Upasna Modgil laid emphasis through her words that Health is the greatest wealth and a healthy mind and body are essential for a happy and successful life. This special week reminds us of the importance of maintaining physical fitness, mental well-being and healthy habits in our daily routine.*

*BVMITES of B.V.M SEC-39 SHOWCASED THEIR TREMENDOUS CLASS XII BOARD RESULTS*
*BVM Sec-39* ecstatically declares *100%* outstanding results in the Board Examinations for Class XII. A total of *101 students of Class XII* from all four streams- Humanities, Medical, Non-Medical and Commerce appeared for the examination.

*NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY DAY observed at BVM, SEC-39 with great zeal*
To commemorate *National Technology Day, B.V.M, Sec-39, Chd Rd.,* organized various innovative and educational activities *to promote scientific thinking, creativity and awareness about the role of technology* in modern life. *Ms. Saru (PGT Computer)* through her speech inspired the students to use technology wisely and responsibly while understanding its advantages and challenges. The Tiny tots of *I & II* showcased creativity through *Robot Making with Waste Material,* encouraging recycling and imaginative learning. Students of classes *III – V* watched and discussed *Documentaries on the Use of Technology,* enhancing their understanding of technological advancements. Students of classes *VI to VIII* demonstrated digital skills by creating *PowerPoint Slides on Computers* based on technology-related themes. Senior students of *XI* participated in a *Declamation Competition on the topic:“Technology is Reducing Human Interaction"* expressing thoughtful opinions and their perspectives on the impact of technology on society.
*Principal, Upasna Modgil in her address said that “Technology is a powerful tool that shapes the future of humanity. It should not be used only for progress and innovation but also for strengthening values, creativity and meaningful human connections."*
*MOTHER'S DAY CELEBRATION Observed at BVM SEC-39 with great pomp and show*
To honour the unconditional love, care and sacrifices of mothers, *B.V.M, Sec-39, Chd.Rd.* celebrated *Mother's Day* for *two days i.e. on 8th & 9th May* in the school premises. Various activities were organised for the students of *classes I to XI* aimed at promoting *compassion, care and gratitude* among students towards their mothers. *On the occasion of Mother's Day,* students participated in *poem recitation, designed pop-up cards, created a memory book, Recorded & shared their favourite memories with their mothers* etc. to express their love and respect to them. *A documentary related to motherly values and PPT on Introduction of NEP, Kaushal Bodh, Computational Thinking, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Learning etc.* was also shown the the parents on *PTM*.To add fun and engagement, *multiple game zones* were arranged on *PTM especially for mothers* in which all mothers actively participated and also encouraged their children during this joyful celebration. The event promises *a blend of learning, gratitude, and entertainment,* making it *a memorable day* for everyone involved.
*Principal, Upasna Modgil congratulated all the mothers and inspired them to play a vital role in shaping the lives of their children by imparting values and providing support to make them good human beings as well as good citizens to build a strong society and a nation.*
*A TRIBUTE TO GURUDEV: RABINDRANATH JAYANTI CELEBRATION marked at BVM SEC -39 with great reverence*
To honor the birth anniversary of the *great poet, philosopher, author and Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore,* B.V.M, SEC-39, Chd.Rd. organised a variety of meaningful activities for students of *classes I to XI.* Teachers of Classes *I–II* introduced students to the life and teachings of Rabindranath Tagore through *an informative and engaging talk.* Students of classes III–VIII watched *an educational documentary* based on the life and achievements of the great literary icon and also participated in *poetry recitation activity* featuring poems written by Rabindranath Tagore to encourage appreciation for literature and expression.
The special speeches delivered by *Ms. Meenu ( PPRT)* and *Priyansh* of *class IX* who shared valuable thoughts on Tagore’s contribution to education, humanity and culture.
On this occasion, *Principal, Upasna Modgil in her address said that “Rabindranath Tagore was not only a great poet but also a visionary who believed in the power of education, creativity and humanity. She encouraged the students to learn from his ideals and develop a deep respect for literature, culture and moral values."*
*CELEBRATION Of WORLD RED CROSS DAY observed at SEC-39 with great fervor*
B.V.M, Sec- 39, Chd.Rd. celebrated *World Red Cross Day* on 8th May 2026 with great enthusiasm and a spirit of humanitarian service. The celebration aimed to spread awareness about the importance of helping others, especially during times of need and *to promote values such as kindness, empathy and selfless service* among students.Various activities were organised in which Students of *classes I and II* participated in *First Aid Box making*, helping them understand the basics of first aid and the importance of being prepared to help others in emergencies. For *classes VI to VIII*, a *documentary on humanitarian services* was shown to enhance their awareness about global relief efforts and the role of the Red Cross.*Ms. Richa (science)* delivered a speech on World Red Cross Day, highlighting its significance and inspiring students to adopt the values of compassion and service.
*Principal, Upasna Modgil in her address said that "World Red Cross Day reminds us that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference in someone’s life. The spirit of humanity and service that the Red Cross represents should inspire each one of us to help those in need and build a more compassionate society."*
