Lucknow University's Engineering faculty’s student Shivam Singh and his team (Vikas Rathore & Siddharth Singh) have received 75000 $ (technical credits) as funding for their startup ‘Oregen’ from Xartup Investment.

9 students of the Engineering faculty of the University of Lucknow were selected in eminent core companies. The placement drive in June saw the selection of 2 students of CSE (Utkarsh Jaiswal and Muskaan Singh) in Accenture at the post of Application Development Associate at a package of 4.5 lpa.
Three students of CSE (Adarsh Mishra, Akshat Jaiswal and Muskaan) were placed in Wipro at the post of Project Engineer at a package of 3.5 lpa.
Nadeem Ashraf and Yashraj Singh of ECE were selected at the post of Software Developer in Skywart Edu at a package of 3.5 lpa. Sanjay De of CSE was placed in Sysforce Technology at the post of Associate Devops Engineer at a package of 3 lpa.
Saurabh Mishra bagged the post of Software Engineer in Mion Technology at a package of 6 lpa.
