Method:

🍫🤍 Homemade Milky Bar Style White Chocolate – Real Recipe!

No shortcuts, no compromise — this is a true white chocolate recipe you can make at home! Smooth, glossy & perfect for all your baking needs ✨

Ingredients:
• 100 g Cocoa butter / Coconut oil
(Cocoa butter = authentic flavour | Coconut oil = easy alternative)
• 55 g Icing sugar (sifted very fine)
• 30 g Milk powder (full-cream, sifted)
• ½ tsp Vanilla extract / powder
• A tiny pinch Salt (optional but recommended)

Method:
1️⃣ Melt the fat
Gently melt cocoa butter or coconut oil until fully liquid. Transfer to a bowl.

2️⃣ Mix ingredients
Add icing sugar, milk powder, vanilla & salt. Mix well.

3️⃣ Blend until smooth
Blend the mixture until super smooth, glossy & lump-free.

4️⃣ Mould & set
Pour into moulds and refrigerate for minimum 30 minutes or until fully set.

5️⃣ Use or enjoy
Demould and use in baking or enjoy as it is! 🤍🍫

Result:
Perfect homemade white chocolate — smooth, stable & delicious!

🍫✨ Chocolate Cookie Bars – soft, gooey & loaded with chocolate!

If you love cookies but want something quicker & more indulgent, these cookie bars are a must-try! Crisp edges, soft center and melty chocolate in every bite 🤍🍪

Ingredients:
• 100 g Soft butter (≈ ½ cup)
• 125 g Brown sugar / castor sugar (½ cup + 2 tbsp)
• Few drops vanilla extract
• 195 g All-purpose flour (≈ 1½ cup)
• 60 ml Milk (¼ cup)
• 1 tsp Baking powder
• ¼ tsp Baking soda
• Chocolate chips (use real chocolate like Van Houten / Amul / Bournville – avoid compound)

For coating:
• 250 g Chocolate

Method:
1️⃣ Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2️⃣ Add vanilla extract and mix.
3️⃣ Add flour, baking powder & baking soda.
4️⃣ Add milk and mix into a soft dough.
5️⃣ Fold in chocolate chips.
6️⃣ Spread the dough evenly in a lined tray.
7️⃣ Bake at 170°C for 15–20 mins.
8️⃣ Once cooled, pour melted chocolate on top and let it set.

🍫✨ Make These Stunning Chocolate Easter Eggs this Easter🥚🎨

Ingredients:
• 400–500 g Dark compound chocolate (for shells)
• 150–200 g White compound chocolate (for design)
• Oil-based chocolate colours (as required – avoid water-based colours)

Method:
1️⃣ Prepare Design
Melt white compound chocolate gently. Divide into bowls, add oil-based colours and mix well.
Clean & polish mould for shine.
Add coloured chocolate and create designs: drizzle, splatter, zig-zag, dots, abstract patterns.
Chill for 2–3 mins (set but not fully hard).

2️⃣ Make Shell
Melt dark compound chocolate and pour over the designed mould cavities.
Tap to remove air bubbles.

3️⃣ Form Shell
Invert mould to remove excess chocolate and scrape edges clean.

4️⃣ Set
Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until firm.

5️⃣ Demould & Assemble
Carefully release from mould.
Warm edges slightly and join halves.
Add fillings or candies inside before sealing if you like! 🍬

🧀 Homemade Cream Cheese – Smooth, Creamy & Budget Friendly!

Love cream cheese but don’t want to buy expensive store jars? Try this easy homemade cream cheese recipe using simple kitchen ingredients. Perfect for cheesecakes, frostings, dips and spreads! ✨

Ingredients:
• 1 litre Full-fat milk
• 100 ml Fresh cream (25%+ fat)
• 2 tbsp Lemon juice / white vinegar
• 40–50 g Unsalted butter (soft)
• 1 Processed cheese cube (≈20 g, soft)
• A pinch Salt (optional)

Method:
1️⃣ Heat base
Add milk + fresh cream to a pan and bring to a gentle boil.

2️⃣ Curdle
Lower the flame and add lemon juice/vinegar gradually. Stir until the milk splits into curds and whey.

3️⃣ Strain
Strain using a muslin cloth and rinse lightly with cold water to reduce sourness.

4️⃣ Drain
Let it sit for 30–40 minutes. Keep it slightly moist (don’t over-dry).

5️⃣ Blend (Important Step)
Transfer to a blender, add soft butter + cheese cube + salt and blend for 2–4 minutes until super smooth and creamy.

Texture Control:
• Too thick → add 1–2 tbsp whey or milk
• Too soft → refrigerate 1–2 hours
• Grainy → blend longer while slightly warm

Ingredients:
• 400–500 g Dark compound chocolate (for shells)
• 150–200 g White compound chocolate (for design)
• Oil-based chocolate colours – as required (avoid water-based colours)

Method:

1️⃣ Prepare Coloured Chocolate
