✨ Webinar Successfully Concluded ✨

We are pleased to share that the webinar on “Transformational Leadership in Public Sector Management”, held on Sunday, 14 December 2025, was conducted successfully with enthusiastic participation and enriching discussions.

The session was hosted by Dr. Roopam Bachhil, Registrar, International University, Nagaland, and we were honoured to have Prof. P. C. K. Rao, Former Professor, Ethiopian Civil Service University, as the Guest Speaker, who delivered a highly insightful and thought-provoking lecture. We also extend our appreciation to Dr. Anoop Arpan, Writer & Poet, for his valuable contribution as the Content Architect of the webinar.

The Indian Chamber of Education and Research (ICER) is delighted to announce the nomination of distinguished individuals as Honorary Members of the National Committee.

These members have been recognized for their exceptional contributions in the domains of education, medicine, administration, management sciences, and international cooperation.

Among the notable appointees is Dr. Roopam Bachhil, Registrar, International University, Nagaland, who has demonstrated outstanding leadership in academic administration and higher education development.
