Demand Transparency in Bank Exams: Release Answer Key, Raw Scores & Normalisation Formula

The Issue
For lakhs of aspirants across India, cracking IBPS and SBI exams isn’t just a goal — it’s a lifelong dream built on years of sacrifice, sleepless nights, financial struggle, and emotional pressure.

Yet, in 2024–25, IBPS continues to conduct exams under a veil of secrecy:

❌ No Answer Key
❌ No Raw Score Disclosure
❌ No Normalisation Formula
This blatant lack of transparency is not just a procedural gap — it is mental harassment. It damages the confidence and well-being of serious candidates who deserve clarity, fairness, and accountability from an institution responsible for national-level recruitment.

Unlike UPSC, SSC, RRB NTPC, and State PSCs — which follow transparent procedures — IBPS offers no scope for audit, no grievance redressal, and no way for students to know where they stand. The result? Psychological trauma and a crisis of trust in our public examination systems.

We, the undersigned, demand:

📄 Immediate release of official answer keys post-examination
📊 Access to raw scores and marksheets for every candidate
⚖️ Disclosure of the exact normalization formula and method used
This is not just about marks. It’s about justice, mental health, and the future of thousands of aspirants who are being treated like numbers, not people.
