Loyola International School offers heartfelt condolences to the family of Mr. Mulayam Singh Yadav. Netaji, as he was lovingly known, was among the few stalwarts of Indian Politics . We still remember the day he graced our premises as Chief Guest, and how he waved away his security protocol to interact with our students. He was a true son of the soil. May his soul rest in peace.

It is indeed a privilege and an honour to receive this invitation. Another step towards strengthening ties with Loyola College, Chennai. It would be a pleasure to share my thoughts on an issue that is significantly pertinent but lamentably ignored by most people. The need to assess mental health issues among today's women and to discuss positive steps which could help is strong. It is a commendable initiative by the institution and the office of the Dean for women students.
Special thanks to Rev.Fr. A.Thomas.

We at Loyola have agreed to positively reinforce the good habit of saving paper in our students. So +1 marks to anyone who doesn't waste paper/ copies while taking the half yearly exams currently going on.
A small step no doubt, but one which we hope will have far reaching result.

Shefali Kashyap, an ex-student, came to visit today and left after volunteering to act as mentor for the dance event to be held in Melange. That is the spirit we are looking for.

What an evocative photo! Neem, Almanda,Giloy and Gourd , all blooming and flourishing together. If someone is looking at Earth from space, we humans would also appear like this. All different and yet co-existing and supporting each other. Don't you think so?
