The editors curtailed a significant portion of contents from the original manuscript, perhaps for want of the space. This caused gap in flow of information, and changed the sense of the article altogether. In fact the editors can be considered to be expert in political or social issues, but while editing a scientific of educational manuscript, chances of errors do occur.
