Welcome to the official website of Kendriya Vidyalaya Latehar Library. Our School Library is fully automated with the EG-3 latest Edition Rev 24. KVL library at present have a collection of about1316 books (Up to March 2013) and subscribes to 06 Weekly, 03 Fortnightly & 41 Monthly Magazines and 04 Newspapers. To motivate maximum utilization of library reso

urces, various competitions and activities are organized every Month
Established in the year 1998, Kendriya Vidyalaya Latehar caters to the educational needs of the children of floating population like the employees of central govt. offices, defenses personnel, ex-service men and other transferable employees liable for frequent transfers. The School Library hosted its Intranet in the month of January 2012 making available the facilities like Online Public Access Catalogue, online reservation, book suggestions, online quiz etc. The demand from students to have access to the online library services from their home motivated us to host the library website on Internet
Now on date Vidyalaya library having 1320 books accessioned & it is fully automated in year February 2013
Mr. Kamlesh kumar kushwaha is first librarian of the Vidyalaya has established the Vidyalaya library in the Vidyalaya
