One day CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME is organised by Information and Career Guidance Cell,LKM in collaboration with Assam Kaziranga University,Jorhat today on 28.10.2024 at College Seminar Hall.Dr Golap Sarma Boruah honourable Principal of the College inaugurated the programme with a thoughtful inaugurial speech.An interactive session was conducted among the participants where Teaching,Non teaching staff inclding Students were present there.The two nos of RESOURCE PERSONS from Kaziranga University took part in the fruitful programme.

FRESHERS' MEET 2024 is organised by the Students'Union,Lakhimpur Kendriya Mahavidyalaya at College auditorium on 01.10
2024. Honourable Principal of the College Dr Golap Sarma Boruah lghted the lamp of the programme with a inaugural speech.Mr Birendra Kalita honourable president of the Governing body welcomed the freshers with a speech.Dr Soumerjyoti Mahanta the Principal of Sibsagar Commerce College and President of Principal Council took part as the RESOURCE PERSON in the programme.In his speech he wishes the new comers and urged about value based education.Morever he traced on the NEP 2020 with a skilfull education for the students.It is hoped that his insightful deliberation will help the students in near future.At last a cultural function was held.Before the main meeting an interactive session was conducted where the best freshers for the session 2024 were selected from the new comers.At last vote of thanks is offered by Mr Prasanta Tamuli an Associate Professor and Chief Advisor of Students Union,LKM.

Oath taking of newly elected Students for the Students Union of LKM for the session 2024-25 today on 19.09.2024 at College aiditorium.Honourable Principal Dr Golap Sarma Boruah inaugurated the programme with a welcome speech to the studemts.The outgoing sudents union handed over the charge to the newly elected students in presence of all.Officers incharges of different sections of LKMSU have been appointed for the session 2024/25.

Universal Brotherhood Day is observed in Lakhimpur Kendriya Mahavidyalaya today on 11.09.2024.Dr Golap Sarma Boruah honourable Principal inaugurated the programme wit a sppech.Mr Birendra Kalita and Khandetrai Sir and others from Vivekanandra Kendra,Lakhimpur Prant took part as the resource persons in the programme.Teaching and Non teaching staff along with the students took part in the successful programme.
