Gaumukhasana is most conducive to establish harmony and rhythm and is most suited for concentration. It helps to relieve stiff shoulders and reduce backache. It stretches your spine, ankles, chest, shoulder, arms. Gomukhasana balances the two sides of the body as generally we prefer either the left or the right side.

This is one of the variation of dhanurasana(bow pose) in which one leg is pointed toward the sky while the other rests on the ground.
It's a best exercise for middle back bend.

This is a variant of the Back-stretching Posture paschimottanasana, performed while balancing on the pelvis.
The Balancing Back-stretching Posture limbers the hips, strengthens and firms the arms, legs, abdomen, hips, and back, improves balance, and tones up the nervous system. It also stimulates the circulation, aids digestion, corrects constipation, and limbers and strengthens the spine.
