Stepping away from artificial simulations and into the healing, grounding presence of the great outdoors is one of the most powerful ways to foster wellness, clarity, and community.

As per the activity calendar of the Directorate of Youth Services and Sports J&K, Inter-School Zonal Level Volleyball Competitions for Under-14 and Under-19 Girls were successfully held today at Government Girls Higher Secondary Institute Sogam.

In the Under-19 Girls category, the final match was played between BHSS Lalpora and GHSS Sogam. After an exciting contest, GHSS Sogam secured the victory championship title.
Due appreciation to the entire family of GHSS Sogam in general and Physical Education Wing GHSS Sogam in particular,.More to come under the patronage of our dynamic Principal Mr M Mustafa Bhat (In Sha Allah)

CEO Kupwara Welcomes New Principal
Sogam, Kupwara.

In a warm and formal reception CEO Kupwara Mr Manzoor Ahmed Najar officially welcomed new Principal GHSS Sogam Mr. M. Mustafa Bhat.

The occasion was graced by a surprise visit from the Worthy Chief Education Officer (CEO) Kupwara, Mr. Manzoor Ahmad Najar,who formally welcomed Principal GHSS Sogam Mr. M. Mustafa Bhat to the district’s educational fraternity at Sogam, expressing high expectations for the school's future under his leadership.

During his interaction with the staff and students, the CEO praised the "dynamic" approach of the new Principal, noting that his joining is a positive step toward academic and administrative excellence in the region.

The Worthy Principal expressed his commitment to fostering a vibrant learning environment not only at GHSS Sogam,but in the surrounding areas and thanked the CEO for his encouraging words and support.
