Marks did not define the journey for achieving a smart goal but learning, resilience, purpose and commitment determine the speed for reaching on such very smart destinations.
Once a strong base is built of all the students then their inner talent and potential will become fully functional. There after students can achieve the smart goals whatever they would intend and desire.
As soon as the children seek admission in pre-primary then it becomes joint responsibility of teachers and the parent that a strong base is built of all the students in an enjoyable atmosphere by focussing on literacy (English) and numeracy (Maths). Once a full command is gained by all the students on basic concepts and tools required for proper learning of English and Maths equal to most genius students of the District then all the students will succeed in going full command over literacy (English) and numeracy (Maths). Now as much as command and efficiency the students will gain over English and Maths they will become that much an efficient and intelligent in all other Subjects.
When the learning gaps of the students will be identified from time to time, additional periods will be arranged for removing the learning gaps. Proper guidance and counselling will be provided to all the students through a guidance and counselling committees constituted in all the Schools.Then there will be a very good impact on the over all teaching learning process in different Schools across UT of Jammu and Kashmir. In this way the guidance and counselling teams constituted in different Schools will be helpful removing the learning gaps and also in enhancing the learning level of the students. If once enhanced learning level of the student is maintained at the level once achieved or it is continuously enhanced with the joint efforts of School Administration and the parents then every student will become extra-ordinary efficient intelligent and competent and passing any Board Exams will not be tough of difficult task for the students.

In this age of Science and technology it is mandatory for the teachers as well as for their officers that all of them must improve their skills for imparting equal high quality Education to all the students. For thus purpose some innovative ideas are explained here in below :

Fixing High Target in Board Results: All the Headmasters ZEOs and principals must fix a target of achieving hundred percent board results. Although it is a difficult task yet there are three benefits of fixing such a high target. This target could be achieved only when the performance of the students will be smart in all the five subjects. When such a high target would be fixed then every teacher will try his level best for obtaining hundred percent pass percentage in his subject. Hence teachers will start working with close co-ordination with each other. With this unity among the teachers will increase day by day. Teachers will start learning innovative ideas and teaching skills from each other. Each teacher will learn new techniques methods strategies and activities for creating interest in the students in the teaching learning process.
The second benefit : All the teachers will identify the students with earning gaps or students having low learning levels. There after every teacher will try his level best for improving the learning level of the students. Hence a very congenital atmosphere will be created for the betterment of the students in all the Schools.
The third benefit will be for the officers. Fixing such a high target will have a very good impact on the overall functioning of the Schools . All the teachers will become silent workers and the teaching skills innovative ideas and expertise of the teachers in preparing the latest pedagogy as per the mandate of NEP 2020 will increase.

Every teacher must identify best teacher as his mentor teachers :- For bringing a wonderful change in the education system all the teachers are advised to engage in their self-improvement,by choosing a mentor teacher for themselves and becoming equal efficient intelligent and competent in all respects equal to their mentor teacher for teaching to the students.
Here all the teachers will become equal to their mentor teachers in respect of teaching skills, innovative ideas, expertise in preparing and using pedagogy sincerity ,honesty , regularity, punctuality and commitment for doing smart service to the society and the nation.
Let us provide guidance and counselling to all the teachers for understanding the importance of their noble profession so that as much as the profession is important that much smart work must be done by all the teachers all the time.
Officers must also identify a best performing officer as their mentor. When the officers will improve their administrative and managerial skills, innovative ideas, body language, over all deanour sincerity honesty and commitment equal to their mentor officer then performance of all the officers will increase many fold.
Understanding the Importance of cadre or profession : All the officers must ensure that all the teachers must understand the importance of their noble profession so that as much as the profession is impratant that much smart work must be done by all the teachers all the time. Similarly when officers will understand the importance of their cadre then they will also perform their duties in a most professional manner.

Study the field you want to advance in. It is said that if a person studies a subject of his choice for five years, he can attain the position among the most capable five percent of peoples in the universe.

ریاضی سیکھنے کے لیے درکار بنیادی تصورات/ٹولز کو صحیح طریقے سے پڑھانے کا ایک اعلیٰ دائرہ اور لامحدود فوائد ہیں۔ پہلے ہم دیکھتے ہیں کہ ریاضی کے صحیح طریقے سے سیکھنے کے لیے کون سے بنیادی تصورات/ ٹولز کی ضرورت ہے۔

ریاضی کے چار بنیادی
عملیات یعنی۔ تقسیم، ضرب، جمع اور تفریق حسب ذیل پانچ اقسام کے نمبرات پر بہت ہی اچھی طرح پڑھانا سکھانا لازمی ہیں :-
(1) قدرتی اعداد (2) اعشاریہ نمبر (3) انٹیجرز (نمبر لائین کی مدد سے) (4) ناطق اعداد (5) حقیقی اعداد۔ اس کے علاوہ اساتذہ کو "BODMAS" اور جیومیٹری کے بنیادی تصورات بھی پڑھانے چاہئیں۔
تمام اساتذہ کے لئے یہ ضروری ہے کہ وہ تمام طلباء کو سخت مشق کی مدد سے ریاضی کے صحیح سیکھنے کے لیے درکار تمام بنیادی تصورات/ٹولز اس طرح سکھائیں کہ کلاس رومز میں خوشگوار ماحول پیدا کر کے تمام طلباء کو ان تمام بنیادی تصورات/ٹولز پر مکمل کنٹرول حاصل ہو جائے جو ضلع کے سب سے ذہین طالب علم کے برابر ہے۔ یہ تب ممکن ہو سکتا ہے جب تمام اساتذہ خلوص نیت، ایمانداری کے ساتھ پختہ یقین اور خود اعتمادی کے ساتھ مشنری جوش اور جذبے کے ساتھ پورے عزم کے ساتھ پڑھائیں گے۔
ایک بار جب تمام طلباء ریاضی کو صحیح طریقے سے سیکھنے کے لیے درکار تمام بنیادی تصورات/ ٹولز پر مکمل عبور کمانڈ حاصل کر لیں گے تو اس مضمون کو مستقل مزاجی کے ساتھ پڑھانے سے یہ فوبیا کہ "ریاضی ایک مشکل مضمون ہے" اس فوبئے کو طلباء اور ان کے والدین کے ذہنوں سے ہمیشہ ہمیشہ کے لئے دور کیا جا سکتا ہے۔

طلبا کا کیا مسئلہ ہے جس کو فوری طور پر حل کرنے کی ضرورت ہے تاکہ تمام طلباء اپنے روشن کیریئر میں ایکسل کر سیکھیں۔ اس سوال کا جواب حسب ذیل ہے۔

طلباء کے مذکورہ بالا مسئلے کو حل کرنے کے لیے تشکیل دی گئی مختلف ضلعی سطح کی کمیٹیوں کے ذریعے کی گئی تفصیلی تحقیق کے مطابق مندرجہ ذیل مشاہدہ کیا گیا ہے:
"جب طلباء ریاضی کے چار بنیادی عملیات پر پانچ اقسام کے نمبرات پر اور پھر BODMAS پر مکمل عبور کمانڈ حاصل نہیں کر پاتے ہیں.... اس حد تک کہ تمام طلباء کو تمام بنیادی تصورات/ٹولز پر ضلع کے سب سے ذہین طالب علم کے برابر عبور کمانڈ حاصل ہو جائے۔ جب ایسی کمانذ حاصل نہیں کی جائے گی تو پھر تمام طلباء ان بنیادی عملیات سے متعلق کسی بھی سوال کو ایک مناسب وقت کے اندر حل نہیں کر سکیں گے جو کہ ایک ہی کلاس کے طالب علم کے لیے ایک ہی مناسب وقت میں حل کر سکتے ہیں۔ طالب علموں کے ذہن میں یہ تصور یا دباؤ پیدا ہوتا ہے کہ پڑھنا ان کے لیے مشکل ہے ۔ اس وجہ سے طلبا اپنے اندر پختہ یقین اور خود اعتمادی پیدا نہیں کر پاتے کہ وہ سیکھ سکتے ہیں اور اس سے سبقت لے سکتے ہیں، اس وجہ سے طلبا کے ذہن میں ایک ایسا نفسیاتی اثر پیدا ہو جاتا ہے کہ طلبا اپنے لیے خود اعتمادی کھونے لگتے ہیں اور اس کی وجہ سے وہ خود پر یقین پیدا کر لیتے ہیں کہ وہ پڑھائی میں کمزور ہیں جب کہ کمزور ہوتے نہیں
دوسری طرف جب ریاضی کے چار بنیادی عملیات پانچ اقسام کے نمبروں، BODMAS اور جیومیٹری کے بنیادی تصورات تمام طلباء کو خلوص اور دیانتداری کے ساتھ پڑھائے جائیں گے تاکہ تمام طلباء ضلع کے ذہین طلباء کے برابر تمام بنیادی تصورات/ ٹولز پر مکمل عبور کمانڈ حاصل کر لیں تو ریاضی ان سب کے لیے سب سے آسان مضمون بن جائے گا۔ اور ساتھ دیگر تمام مضامین کو بھی آسان بنانے میں کارگر ثابت ہو گا

اب نیشنل ایجوکیشن پالیس 2020 کے پیرا 2.1، پیرا 2.2 اور پیرا 4.23 کو صحیح طریقے سے نافذ کرنے سے
طلباء اور محکمہ تعلیم درج ذیل فوائد حاصل کریں گے۔
1 طلباء میں ایک مضبوط یقین اور خود اعتمادی اس وقت پیدا ہوگی جب وہ ریاضی کے سیکھنے کے لیے درکار تمام بنیادی تصورات/ ٹولز پر مطلوبہ عبور کمانڈ حاصل کر لیں گے۔
2 طلباء غیر معمولی ہنر مند اور ذہین بن جائیں گے۔ تمام طلباء کی فطری صلاحیتوں کو دریافت کیا جا سکتا ہے، ان کی پرورش، اور نشوونما کی جا سکتی ہے جب وہ تمام (طلبہ) ریاضی کے صحیح طریقے سے سیکھنے کے لیے درکار تمام بنیادی تصورات/ٹولز پر مکمل کنٹرول کمانڈ حاصل کر لیں گے۔
3 جب طلباء بنیادی عدد پر مکمل کنٹرول کمانڈ حاصل کر لیں گے تو اس سے تمام طلباء کی ذہنی نشوونما کے ساتھ ساتھ ہنر مندی پیدا کرنے میں بھی مدد ملے گی۔
4 بچوں کی اسکول چھوڑنے کی شرح بھی صفر ہو جائے گی۔
5 نیشنل ایجوکیشن پالیسی 2020 کے پیرا 2.2 میں بیان کئے گے درج ذیل بنیادی اصول کو بھی مناسب طریقے سے نافذ کیا جائے گا:
"بنیادی خواندگی اور شماریات کو حاصل کرنے کی سب سے زیادہ ترجیح کے مطابق گریڈ 3 تک تمام طلباء کی بنیاد پختہ کی جانا مطلوب ھے "
6 اس سے ہمیں مصنوعی ذہانت، مشین لرننگ اور ڈیٹا سائنس میں غیر معمولی موثر ذہین اور قابل مستقبل کے شہریوں کو تیار کرنے میں مدد ملے گی جو ہندوستان کے مستقبل اور آنے والے متعدد شعبوں اور پیشوں میں ہندوستان کے قائدانہ کردار کے لیے ضروری ہیں۔ اس کے ساتھ نیشنل ایجوکیشن پالیسی 2020 کے پیرا 4.23 کو صحیح طریقے سے نافذ کیا جائے گا جس کا بچوں اور سماج کو بہت بڑا فائدہ ہو گا ۔
تاہم اس فیصلے کے ساتھ تمام طلباء کو یکساں معیار کی تعلیم فراہم کرنے کے منظر نامے میں بھی بڑی تبدیلی آئے گی جس کی وجہ سے تمام طلباء میں ایک مضبوط یقین اور اعتماد پیدا ہو گا جو ا طلبا کو اعلیٰ کارکردگی کی سطح حاصل کرنے میں مدد دے گا۔
7 جب طلباء ریاضی پر مکمل عبور حاصل کر لیں گے تو وہ ریاضی سیکھنے میں جتنی دلچسپی لیں گے ان کا دماغ اس قدر تیز ہو گا اور پھر وہ قابل اور زہین بن جائیں گے ثابت ہوتا ھے ریاضی کے چار بنیادی عملیات کو پانچ اقسام کے نمبرات اور BODMAS اور پھر جیومیٹری کے بنیادی تصورات پر مکمل عبور کمانڈ حاصل کروانے سے اعلی معیار کا قابل اور لائق بنایا جا سکتا ھے
8 ریاضی پر پوری مہارت حاصل کرنے کے بعد طلبا کی ضروری بنیاد پختہ ہو جائے گی اور پھر تمام مضامین جیسے فزکس، کیمسٹری، ٹیکنیکل ایجوکیشن، انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی اور دیگر تمام مضامین کا مواد بڑی اسانی سے تمام طلبا کو پڑھایا جائے گا اور تمام مضامین کو بہت ہی اچھی طرح سمجھنے میں طلبا کو آسانی ہو گی
9 ریاضی کو تعلیم کے مقاصد اور کاموں کو مکمل طور پر حاصل کرنے کے مواقع پیدا کرنے کے لیے پڑھایا جاتا ہے۔
10 ریاضی طلباء کو قدرتی اور تکنیکی سائنس کے متعلقہ مواد کو سمجھنے کے لیے تیار کرتا ہے۔
11 ریاضی طلباء میں بہت سی خوبیاں اور اقدار پیدا کرتا ہے جس میں استقامت، درستگی، معروضیت، خود پر قابو اور آزادانہ کام کرنے کا احساس شامل ہے۔ یہ علم کے مختلف ذرائع کو استعمال کرنے میں عادات اور مہارتوں کو حاصل کرنے میں مدد کرتا ہے۔
12 ریاضی منطقی سوچ تجزیاتی سوچ، تنقیدی سوچ کی صلاحیت پیدا کرنے میں مدد کرتا ہے۔ طلباء کے خیالات ریاضی سے متحرک ہوتے ہیں۔ اس سے بچوں کی ذہانت بہتر ہوتی ہے اور دماغ بہت ہی تیز ہوتا ھے
13 تجزیاتی سوچ طالب علم کو سفر کرنے اور اپنے ارد گرد کی دنیا کی حقیقت کو دریافت کرنے کے مواقع کو بہتر بناتی ہے۔ اس کا مطلب ہے کہ ریاضی نئی چیزیں ایجاد کرنے اور دریافت کرنے کے لیے تحقیق کی صلاحیتیں پیدا کرتی ہے جو زندگی میں روزمرہ کے استعمال کے لیے اہم ہیں۔
14 ریاضی ثقافتی ترقی، روحانی ترقی، اخلاقی ترقی، پیشہ ورانہ ترقی، سماجی ترقی، فکری ترقی، طبی سائنس اور زرعی ترقی، سائنس اور ٹیکنالوجی کی ترقی، بنیادی ڈھانچے کی ترقی اور تعلیمی نظام کی ترقی میں مددگار ہے۔
15 خود کفیل بننے کے ہدف کو حاصل کرنے کے لیے ریاضی سب سے اہم مضمون ہے۔ یہ طلباء کو پیشہ ورانہ اور دیگر تمام پیشوں کی تیاری میں مدد کرتا ہے۔
16 ریاضی سائنس اور تہذیب کی مزید ترقی کے قابل بناتا ہے۔ ریاضی زندگی اور ثقافت کا حصہ بن چکی ہے۔ یہ وہ سائنس بن گئی ہے جس کے بغیر جدید دنیا میں زندگی کا تصور کرنا مشکل ہے۔
17 ریاضی ان تمام انسانی کوششوں اور سرگرمیوں میں وسیع پیمانے پر استعمال ہوتی ہے جو پوری کائنات میں کی جاتی ہیں۔ ریاضی ذہین صارفین کو سرمایہ کار اور مسائل کے حل کرنے کی صلاحیتیں پیدا کرتی ہے جس کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ ریاضی افراد میں فیصلہ سازی اور مسائل کے حل کو سمجھنے کی مضبوط صلاحیت پیدا کرتی ہے۔
18 ریاضی پر مکمل کنٹرول کمانڈ مناسب منصوبہ بندی، بجٹ کی تیاری اور تنخواہوں کے تعین کے لیے قواعد و ضوابط اور ڈرائنگ اور ڈسبرسنگ افسران کے لیے متعلقہ معاملات کے بارے میں علم حاصل کرنے میں مددگار ثابت ہوگا۔
اس اہم مضمون کی صحیح تدریس کے لیے اس بات کی اشد ضرورت ہے کہ ریاضی کے اساتذہ کی طرف سے ایک حکم/سرکلر جاری کیا جائے اور ان کے فوری افسران کو اس مضمون کی صحیح تدریس کے لیے درکار بنیادی تصورات/ٹولز کو اس حد تک صحیح طریقے سے سکھانے کے لیے ذمہ دار بنایا جائے کہ تمام طلبا ایسے تمام بنیادی تصورات/ٹولز پر مکمل کنٹرول حاصل کر سکیں۔ تمام طلباء کو سخت مشق کی مدد سے ممکن بنایا جا سکتا ہے۔
اس کے علاوہ تمام اسکولوں میں اس طرح کے آرڈر/سرکلر کی مناسب نگرانی اور عمل درآمد کے لیے DIETS/SCERT میں ٹیمیں تشکیل دی جا سکتی ہیں۔ ایک بار جب یہ فیصلہ لیا جائے گا اور اس پر عمل درآمد ہو جائے گا تو ریاضی پڑھانے کا منظرنامہ بدل جائے گا۔

All the Headmasters, ZEOs and Principal are now required to play a very smart role for enhancing working efficiency teaching skills and competency of teachers.
Keeping in view the day by increasing competitions among the aspirants for very smart posts which can only be achieved after qualifying a highest level examination .

Education is fundamental for achieving full human potential, developing an equitable and Just Society and promoting National development. Providing Universal access to quality education is the key to economic growth, social Justice and equality, scientific advancement, national integration and cultural preservation for Indian's continue ascent, progress and leadership on the global stage. Our ability to Provide high-quality educational opportunities to the highest youth population of our country will shape the future of our Country.

Now only teaching in the class room is not sufficient but teachers are now required to work as academic doctors. For this purpose with the help of full knowledge of Education psychology , Child Psychology ,self psychology and experience all the teachers must be able to assess or analyse the problems or reasons due to which students could not understand properly the lecture or lesson delivered by the teachers.
Now only teaching in the class is not sufficient but when a teacher will deliever his Lectuer Or lesson he must have ability or knowledge to assess the number of students who could not understand his lecture or lesson properly . He must ascertain or try to know the correct reason(s) due to which students could not understand his lecture or lesson propely. Whether his prepation was not proper or up to mark. Whether he could not transfer the complete knowledge of the topic or sub topic. Whether his presentation does not touch the level of students. Whether pedagogy used by him was not appropriate Or there was need to clear some basic concepts to the students prior to teaching the present topic or sub topic. In this way when a teacher will find the correct reasons due to which some students could not understand his lecture or lesson properly then he must use his knowledge and abilities to find an immediate solution so that the next day all the students must understand properly whatever will be taught by the teacher in the class room. This can be done by all the teachers by using knowledge of Education psychology, child psychology self psychology and self introspection. Hence now teachers are required to work as academic Doctors who must have abilities and knowledge to assess or analyse the problems of the students due to which some students would not be able to keep apace in studies with their classmates . Teachers must have equal abilities and knowledge to address all such problems of the students.
All the teachers must have very smart experience to create desire and interest of learning in the students and then to change such desire and interest into the thirst of learing for acquiring knowledge for enhancing their learning level . This would be possible only when there would be very congenital atmosphere in all the schools and both teachers as well the students must enjoy the teaching learning process.
Teachers must identify the slow learns, must clear their basic concepts and then with the help of rigorous practice must enhance their efficiency level by making use of proper pedagogy and maxims of teachings. For this purpose all the teachers are also required to make full use of professional compenties acquired during the period of acquiring degree of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed ) especially the full use of all the techniques methods of teaching contained in the " School Management And Pedagogies of Education ".

Under the guidance of officers good teachers can inspire hope,ignite imagination and instill the desire,interest & love for learning in the students.
When all the teachers will fix a very smart goal of becoming rich in respect of churning a large number of extraordinary efficient and intelligent students who after acquiring their higher qualification which achieve a highest level of efficiency and then will acquire a very smart post on the basis of such efficiency a very smart post for serving the Society .
When such a smart goal will be fixed by all the teachers under the abled guidance of their immediate officers then every teacher will identify slow learners or such students who would be facing some problems in study then such teachers will put their sincere efforts for enhancing the learning level of slow learners/weak in study.
Teachers will certainly enhance their teaching skills and innovative ideas when sufficient guidance and counselling will be provided by their officers because smart goals fixed by them will increase their interest and desire for this purpose...... but all the teachers can become good by becoming committed teachers with the role of their officers.
When we expect that our student can enhance their learning level with the joint efforts of teachers and their immediate officees. Then with the proper guidance and counselling of officers efficiency competency sincerity honesty and commitment of the teachers can also be enhanced. It means officers can play a greater and smarter role in changing the professional standard of all the teachers.
In pursuance to NEP 2020 all teachers must be best and brightest:

When education policy will help to recruit the very best and the brightest to enter the teaching profession at all the levels then at the same time policy reveals that all the existing teacher must also become best and brightest.
For this purpose all the teacher must learn use of digital technology so that it could be used for teaching the student in the class room. Teacher must learn use of ICT Labs, CAL Centres, smast Boards, laptops for teaching the students.
Teacher must learn preparstions and the full use of pedagogy which must evolve to make education more experiential, holistic, integrated, discovery-oriented, learner-centred, discussion based, flexible, and of course enjoyable. The curriculum must develop all aspects of learner. Teachers and their officers must ensure that education must prepare the children for gaigful fulfilling employment.
Teachers must ensure the due emphasis on the creative potential of all the students . Education must develop both foubdational skills of literacy and numeracy and high order cognitive skills such as critical thinking and problem solving... also social and emotional skills, soft skills including cultural awareness and empathy, preservance and grit, teamwork, leadership and communication.
Overall work of all the teachers must prove them as most respected and essential members of our society because they (teachers) truley shape our next generation of the citizens.
It is responsibility of all the teachers and their officers to give an urgent national attention to the fact that all children must attain foundation literacy and numeracy .
When teachers must have continuous reading habits and must go in the class by making full preparations. When all the teachers will enhance their teaching skills and innovative ideas... here innovative ideas means such techniques and methods which would be used by teachers for enhancing the learning level of the students.
Then all teachers will become the very best and brightest but their immediate officers including Headmasters, ZEOs and Principals must play their maximum role for enhancing working efficiency competency and professional standard of all the teachers who are working in their subordination. Thus in pursuance to NEP 2020 now all the Headmasters, ZEOs and Principals are required to play a very smart role in enhancing the efficiency level , competency level innovative ideas sincerity, honesty,commitment and expertise of teachers for doing smart work.

Conscious means having sense and proper understanding. In simple words, consciousness is said to be aware of oneself and one's environment and in English it is called Conscious. In psychology, it is defined as consciousness is actually a state of mind in which personality, that is, being fully aware of oneself, has the characteristics of wisdom and awareness, and there is a connection between personal and financial situations. Almighty has given man the path of consciousness and insight to distinguish between right and wrong, true and false, justice and injustice. If a person sees with the eyes of reason and consciousness, then he will understand the purpose of life. Sense, and conscience are inseparable. If one of them is absent, then the other also becomes a danger for the person. Conscience is the moral sense of distinguishing between right and wrong, the sense of evil and the passion for goodness . Consciousness means being aware and having correct feeling. This all will be possible only when the five sense organs will be working properly, if a person has the sense of feeling, then only he can feel the happiness and sadness of others. It is because of Education and knowledge, the eyes of the heart must be enlightened. Only if the eyes of the heart are enlightened, then pain or feeling will arise. After all, a person has to realize himself. It is necessary to know which work is obligatory on whom and how much work can be done . It is obligatory to do it. Once a feeling is created, then an educated person has to do justice to himself or with the others.
If a person has feeling in his life, then only he is considered alive. Feeling is actually a beautiful and innocent emotion and this is the identity of a person's beautiful life. We express love to our brothers, sisters, parents and also take care of them. In fact, all this is because of feeling. Feeling of love and affection for all of them arises in our hearts. Now it is also necessary that the more knowledge one has, the stronger his conscience must be and the more alive his feeling must be. It is proved that the conscience of all teachers should be alive and all teachers should be the most aware about their legitimate duties and responsibilities.
If we look at the existence of a person in reality, the entire universe is enough. Our body is aware of the nearby objects and requirements only because of the five senses organs , but it also needs the requirements of the future. It is a fact that if all the organs of the human body work together, then there is hardly any other blessing for a person in the world which can be of more importance than this sensing power.That is a healthy and strong body is the greatest blessing from Almighty for man. A similar blessing is the sense of consciousness and conscience, but due to the lack of understanding of the importance of all of them, man does not try to create them within himself. The conscience comes to life and can even stay alive. If consciousness does not remain, then there will be no such thing as conscience left with man. Now, if the purpose of life is understood and man fully understands that the breath that is going on in the human body and the man is alive and when the breath stops, the story will be over. And then there is a specific purpose for giving this breath as a trust, which is that as long as man is alive, he should pray to Allah Almighty and fulfill the needs of his family and then whatever knowledge, skill, wealth, power and ability Almighty has given to man, it is necessary to live according to the law of religion and also to serve Allah's best creation in the best way. Now, what is the obstacle in the way of a man in all this service to humanity? Man has never considered it and neither Have you ever tried to understand this fact or what is the benefit of this service to humanity for a person? What is its importance? Till today, not every person knows it. If this is known, then the deficiency is that a person does not try to utilize all his abilities, that is, he could not develop self-confidence within himself. When self-confidence is developed within every person, his feelings and conscience become alive and a person starts working with full effort, dedication and honesty. Then all the human beings can do anything. Now there is a need to consider another matter that if a person tries to do two things at a time, he will never be able to succeed. This means that in order to achieve great success by a person , he should do only one thing at a time, which is the best and most beneficial. Now it becomes clear that a person should never do wrong things with good things and should never do wrong things with others because it only harms the person and does not benefit him at all. Here it is necessary for every person to apply one of the best religious principles which is that Almighty has made it clear that do anything for some other person which benefits him, but do not do that which harms others in any way, even the slightest negligible.This means that in order become conscious for a person , it is necessary to abandon all negative traits/habits from within himself forever. For example, jealousy, stinginess, and anger, etc. Wrongly confronting any other person also comes in negative thinking, which wastes the valuable time of both of them and then they fall behind in doing a right and legitimate work. They fall behind the destination towards which they were going to benefit, and at the same time, they have committed a sin against themselves by violating a great religious principle and have harmed or given loss to another person. When one person does wrong to another, it is not necessary for the oppressed to remain silent, but he can resolve the matter with the help of some good people of the society.
It would be appropriate to give a brief definition of each of such negative habits detailed as follows:
Envy: If a person has been blessed by Almighty with any good thing, for example, wealth, honor, talent, skill, wisdom, etc., and another person creates a wrong thought about it in his heart and mind and then keeps thinking, why did he get all these valuable or precious things? May Allah forgive him, why did Allah give it to him? It was a pleasure to meet him. Or, it is called envy of such person. Now, thinking all this will not make a single bit of difference in the health of the person whom Almighty has blessed with his glory. It only ruins the fate of the person who thinks in a wrong way and also wastes his precious time. If instead he had spent all this time to get something from the infinite treasure of Almighty, how much better it would have been.
The real fact is that this envy is due to lack of religious education . Here, every person must have full knowledge that the treasure of Almighty is infinite and every person can get from this treasure. Now, Almighty blesses a person with something good who is capable of handling it, or on the basis of some good qualities possessed by such person Almighty blesses him. It is not up to anyone to know that what can be such good qualities . Almighty can only know by His own grace that what thing He has bestowed upon whom, how much harm will he cause to others, and then what quality is present in any person, that too Almighty himself created within him and then blessed him with something good. The second negative quality is anger, which is defined as punishing oneself unnecessarily for the mistakes committed by others. Any person who gets angry, his own blood pressure increases or it has a very bad affect on the senses of his body, but the person on whom one gets angry ,he does not suffer any harm, so what is the benefit of getting angry on others ? The third negative quality is stinginess. If a person does a good deed or has good thoughts, then giving more to him is called stinginess. This is also bad for both the speed and health of a person. It affects the health of the miser is ruined. No matter how good it is, if a person establishes a strong connection with the Most Gracious and Most Merciful, then all his legitimate problems will be solved. A person who lives a peaceful life with all the members of his society, who lives a peaceful life with his parents, other elders, brothers and sisters, other relatives and receives their prayers, and also treats his neighbors well, then Almighty will bless such a person with His grace. If one looks carefully and examines this society, one will find some individuals whose ancestors were given everything by Almighty, but today they have nothing, and then there are also some individuals whose ancestors were also rich and today they are even richer and wealthier than their Ancestors.Now the difference between these two types of individuals becomes clear from their way of life, their mutual relations, and the way they treat and behaved with their neighbors and relatives. And if one thinks about it, one can also learn a great lesson that peace-loving individuals are those who are more generous than others. They do not fight with others, do not oppress others, live peacefully with their relatives and community. Such people are very much liked by Almighty.
Finally, it is worth considering how one can become conscious. To achieve this good quality and virtue, both religious and worldly education is required. With the help of Education and knowledge, a person can create qualities and values ​​​​in himself and eradicate negative traits. He should live a peaceful life with all his relatives and community and must receive their prayers. He should keep his thinking always positive and revive his conscience through feeling and good thinking , then he will become conscious . Now, if we look at it from the point of view of Education and knowledge, it is necessary for all educated persons and all teachers in any village to be conscious about their responsibilities. If all teachers will honour children by reviving or refreshing this great quality within themselves, they should adorn them with the quality education in the best way with full effort, dedication sincerity and honesty. Along with the educational ability of the children, they should also teach them qualities and values ​​with full efforts. In the future , the entire society will be in the hands of these children. Then society will definitely progress.
The good news is that we have implemented the NEP 2020 which is a dynamic education policy . In this dynamic Education policy there is an emphasis on instilling such values and qualities ​​in children which are very difficult to define. All these values ​​and qualities can be inculcated by the teachers. Children will be able to develop these values ​​only when every teacher develops first these qualities and values within themselves. When these values ​​are inculcated within the teachers and then within the children, then with the grace of Almighty , there will be peace and tranquility everywhere and the country will move on the path of progress. And then doing justice to others will be the greatest value possible every where . Before doing justice to others, it is necessary to do justice to oneself. And an educated person who could not do justice to himself with the help of his education needs to reconsider his education. This from this discussion it is proved that if teachers are the most educated, then they will have to do justice to themselves first and then the justice with the society will follow automatically. Earning halal sustenance is the first and greatest justice. When one will earn rightful (halal) sustenance, then justice will also be possible in educating children. Right feeling is also needed to do justice to oneself. Therefore, it is also necessary to develop feeling with the help of education because, according to the poet,

When the conscience of the most educated people will be alive, then they must have a good feeling for themselves and then it is necessary to develop a sense of compassion and empathy for others, and when the conscience will be alive, there will be a sense of compassion and empathy with good thinking for others.
