Alhamdulillah, our Third Tajweed Lecture was conducted successfully for the students of the Lower Wing. 🌙🤍
The lesson focused on learning the correct pronunciation and rules of Qur’an recitation, helping our students improve their reading with proper Tajweed. 🕌📚
May Allah ﷻ make the Qur’an the light of our hearts and guide our children to recite it correctly. Aameen 🤲

Today, our students were introduced to their first Tajweed topic, an essential step towards reading the Holy Qur’an correctly, clearly and with proper pronunciation. ❤️

Insha’Allah, the lessons will continue regularly, with every topic uploaded on our page and YouTube channel for learning and revision. 🎥📱

Kindergarten Urdu Teaching Activity

Teacher: Mehak Nisar
Class: Kindergarten
Subject: Urdu
Topic: مد کی علامت (ٓ)
Ms. Mehak Nisar conducted an interactive Urdu lesson for the Kindergarten students on مد کی علامت (ٓ). She demonstrated the sign in a simple and child-friendly manner and helped the students recognize its sound and use in Urdu words.
Examples demonstrated in the class:
آ — آم
آ — آگ
آ — آسمان
آ — آدمی
آ — آنکھ
آ — آٹا
The students repeated the words aloud and practised identifying the مد کی علامت (ٓ) through guided participation.
Learning Outcome:
Students were able to recognize the مد کی علامت (ٓ), understand its sound, and identify it in simple Urdu words such as آم، آگ، آسمان، آنکھ and آٹا.

Learning Beyond the Classroom.

FIELD VISIT & PRACTICAL LEARNING

During a field visit, Mr. Zaffar Mohiuddin Tantray, Teacher, explained the topic of the Corn (Maize) Plant to students through direct observation and practical learning.
Students were introduced to the plant’s monocot nature, fibrous root system, parallel venation, tassel and female reproductive structures, pollination, growth phases, nutritional importance and cultivation practices.

🎯 LEARNING OUTCOME
By the end of the activity, students were able to identify the major parts of a maize plant, distinguish its male and female reproductive structures, explain the process of pollination, recognise its characteristics as a monocot plant, and relate classroom concepts to the actual plant observed in the field.
The activity helped students develop observation skills, scientific understanding and practical knowledge by connecting classroom learning with real-life experience.

The Inter-School Tournaments have officially begun today at Rumi’s Mission School, Katrasoo (RMSK) with great enthusiasm and excitement.
🏐 The first tournament is Volleyball, bringing together our talented students to showcase their teamwork, skills, discipline, and sportsmanship.
The opening match was played between RMSK Strikers and RMSK Champions, with RMSK Strikers emerging victorious.
👏 Congratulations to the winning team, and well played to both teams!

Shabroza Younus and Toiba Murtaza delivered an excellent and meaningful presentation on the Role of a Teacher.
They beautifully highlighted that a teacher is not only a person who teaches lessons from books but also a guide, mentor, role model, and source of inspiration for students. A teacher helps students develop knowledge, discipline, good manners, confidence, and strong values.
Their presentation reflected the importance of teachers in shaping the character, future, and overall personality of students. Both students spoke with confidence and presented their thoughts in an impressive and respectful manner.
