Working with an organisation as a brand comes with credibility, trust, and high expectations—a responsibility we carry with pride.

One such memorable collaboration was with BVM International School, Bollineni Hills, Perumbakkam. From the very first session, students immersed themselves in creative, activity-based learning. What followed was a dynamic and engaging Content Writing & Creative Language Workshop that truly came alive.

We didn’t just conduct sessions.
We sat together, exchanged ideas, challenged perspectives, competed positively, and respected healthy boundaries. The energy in the room was contagious.

Both students and teachers enjoyed every moment, and the warm appreciation from the Principal made the experience even more rewarding.

That day reaffirmed a simple truth:

As a Language and soft skills Trainer, getting exposure through workshops and events has always been my strongest way to brainstorm, learn, and identify the right people with the right skills.

One such turning point was when I attended a conference at Do It Yourself Academy. That single experience completely shifted my perspective. It opened my mind to wider ideas, diverse people skills, and innovative approaches to learning.

I was given an opportunity to share my thoughts there—why I chose teaching as my path.
My answer came straight from my belief system:

“I’m not here for outdated or manual teaching methods. I’m someone who believes in innovation—thinking differently, structuring learning meaningfully, and designing curriculum, materials, activities, and interactions that make learners truly enjoy the process.”

That moment mattered to me. I expressed my thoughts with confidence and clear English, and I felt heard.

That day reaffirmed my purpose.

For a long time, many people believed that work is about skills

But in reality,

Trial & Error – A Founder’s Best Friend

Learning and unlearning are always two sides of the same coin.

Every idea sounds powerful in the mind, but its real strength is revealed only in application. When we apply what we learn, we brainstorm better, filter wiser, and slowly start choosing the right things at the right time.

Along the journey, there are silent indicators that guide us—if we’re willing to observe:

🔹 Feedback from learners
🔹 Energy and engagement inside the classroom
🔹 Repeated questions and common struggles
🔹 Results, not assumptions
🔹 What works consistently vs. what looks good only on paper
🔹 Inner clarity over external noise

As an entity, I had to pause and ask myself:

Who exactly is my audience?
What value should be placed on their table?
What problem is Speakizy truly solving?

That reflection reshaped our direction, our curriculum, and our delivery.

So here’s a reminder—to founders, trainers, and learners alike:
Don’t hesitate to try. Don’t fear errors.
Mistakes don’t weaken the process; they refine it.

Where am I now? What do I need? What must change?

*First experience is always the best — and a real knock on the head.*

Speakizy Skill Academy began its official language training journey exactly the way it believed in doing things—authentically and fearlessly.

At first, I was completely lost and clueless. As an alumna, I stood in front of my juniors, not as a student anymore, but as a language and soft skills trainer. That moment was overwhelming and humbling at the same time.

With flair in my steps and passion in my heart, I moved forward to explore training and to bring out the versatility in my students.

Endless sleepless nights, frequent changes, last-minute schedules, and instant brainstorming eventually turned the tables.

Four years ago, I wasn’t as courageous as I am today. But the opportunities were endless—and I chose to use them the right way, to grow, to improve, and to become better.

What this journey taught me:

Stop complaining; start working.

Endless thoughts don’t create change—action does.

Growth begins with baby steps taken every day.

Consistency matters more than perfection.

My Turning Point – Choosing Growth Over Comfort

When I started my venture, there were moments I felt completely alone—stuck, searching for direction, and silently asking for guidance. I waited for clarity, for a sign, for the right people to appear at the right time. And slowly, they did. It felt like the universe was responding to the vision I held close.

There was a phase where I realised something important about myself:
I needed more exposure.
I needed stronger leadership and mentorship.
I needed self-grooming, networking, and skills beyond just passion.

Accepting this wasn’t easy. Surrendering to the learning process takes courage. Many of us go through this phase quietly, without ever speaking about it.

As I step into 2026, I choose clarity over confusion and growth over comfort.
This journey is personal—but the lesson is universal.
