🌿 CSR Outreach Programme | Empowering Young Minds Through Skills and Knowledge

The Department of Business Administration, Future Institute of Engineering and Management, successfully conducted a CSR Outreach Programme at Bagmara Junior High School, Neturia, Purulia on 28th March 2026.
This initiative promoted holistic development among students (Classes V–VIII) through creativity, skill-building, and physical engagement, with active participation of students and faculty.

The programme also provided management students with valuable experiential learning through real-world social engagement.

Excursion March 2026

A memorable and enriching excursion was organized on 27th March 2026, where the faculties of the Department of Management, along with our enthusiastic MBA students, explored the scenic beauty of Purulia.
The journey began with a delightful stay near Joychandi Pahar, setting the tone for a day filled with adventure and bonding. The group embraced the thrill of a rejuvenating hike at Garh Panchkot, surrounded by history and nature. The serene views at Panchet Dam and Maithon Dam offered moments of calm and reflection, while the breathtaking sunset at Baronti Lake beautifully concluded the day.
Beyond sightseeing, the excursion fostered stronger connections, teamwork, and unforgettable memories between students and faculty. Truly, a perfect blend of learning, leisure, and togetherness! ✨

Wall Magazine “Kalpana” – 3rd Issue Unveiled!

The Department of Business Administration proudly inaugurated the 3rd issue of its Wall Magazine “Kalpana” on 9th March 2026, celebrating the vibrant spirit of Holi. With enthusiastic participation from BBA and MBA students, the magazine showcased creative illustrations, posters, and festival-themed artwork inspired by the colours of spring.

On 27th February 2026, the Department of Business Administration, Future Institute of Engineering and Management, Sonarpur, Kolkata, hosted an engaging webinar on “Social Innovation and Inclusive Business Models.”
The session was delivered by Prof. Milan Vemić, Full Professor and Head, Department of Economics at University "Union Nikola Tesla", Serbia. He highlighted how social innovation drives sustainable growth and how inclusive business models create shared value by empowering marginalized communities.
The session was interactive, insightful, and truly inspiring for our students.

Wall Magazine -

The Department of Business Administration proudly inaugurated the Second Issue of its Wall Magazine “Kalpana” on 6th February 2026, themed on Saraswati Puja, celebrating knowledge, creativity, and academic expression.
Unveiled in the presence of faculty members and enthusiastic participation from BBA and MBA students, the display featured insightful management articles, creative illustrations, and cultural artwork reflecting the spirit of wisdom and learning.Coordinated by Prof. Sreya Ghosh Dastidar and Prof. Riya Saha, Kalpana continues to nurture creativity, collaboration, and holistic student development beyond the classroom.

Exhibition-
Vyapaar Expo 2.0, held on 30th January 2026 at Biswa Bangla Exhibition Centre, celebrated the spirit of entrepreneurship and self-reliance. The expo provided a vibrant platform for small-scale businesses, startups, and home-based enterprises to showcase their innovations and ideas. Insightful sessions by key speakers highlighted business growth, market opportunities, and innovation, while meaningful interactions connected entrepreneurs with industry experts. A truly motivating and enriching experience for the local business ecosystem.

EnpropeL, on 31 January 2026, emerged as a dynamic online platform dedicated to internships, career development, and professional growth. As highlighted on its official website, EnpropeL positions itself as a one-stop destination where students and young professionals can access internship opportunities, career resources, and expert guidance from organizations and mentors. By collaborating with companies and industry professionals, the platform effectively bridges the gap between learning and real-world experience, enabling learners to navigate the job market with confidence.
The event featured two insightful panel discussions that thoughtfully addressed some of the most pressing challenges faced by students, educators, and employers in today’s evolving professional landscape.
