🏆✨ Grateful. Honoured. Truly Humbled. ✨🏆

I’m deeply thankful to receive the Best Script Award (Below 200 Pages) at the Asian Talent International Film Festival 2025 for Hercules and Me — A True Story of a Boy Who Turned Disability into Destiny.

This certificate and trophy represent far more than an award — they carry years of struggle, silence, resilience, and belief in storytelling that comes from lived truth.

Thank you to the ATIFF team for recognising this story and for celebrating voices from around world.

This journey continues — for every child who learns differently and dreams fearlessly. ❤️

A surreal moment — being introduced to the audience at ATO’s Annual Day as the writer of Hercules and Me.
I’ll cherish this forever. 🙏❤️

Still trying to process this moment…
Today, the students of Alpha to Omega Global School (ATO, Chennai) performed my song Move Alone on their Annual Day — choreographed, sung, and danced with so much heart.
To see children bring my words to life on stage… before the movie is even made… feels unreal.
My deepest gratitude to Mrs. Lalitha Ramanujan for this honour.
This is a moment I will treasure forever. 🙏❤️✨

“Ask the sky, let your spirit fly...”
A song for every dreamer who ever looked up and wondered why.
For every child who learns differently.
For every heart that refuses to give up.

The Boy Who Asked the Sky – a song of hope, courage, and the light within.

✨ Honoured. Humbled. Speechless. ✨

My Screenplay “Hercules and Me — A True Story of Dyslexia, Rebellion, and the Light Within” has been officially nominated for the Best Script Category at the Asian Talent International Film Festival 2025 — an international platform celebrating storytellers from across the world.

What started as a childhood struggle with letters and labels became a story of vision, resilience, and faith — a voice that learned to rise through art, not perfection.
And today, that voice has found its way to an international stage.

To everyone who stood by me — through storms, silence, and endless rewrites — this recognition belongs to you too. 💫

Thank you, Asian Talent International Film Festival, for seeing light where once there was only struggle.

On the occasion of the World Dyslexia Awareness Day (8th October 2025), our Committee Member Mr. Kabir Bhogilal, a proud and accomplished adult with dyslexia, and the Founder of Unique Ability Consulting and Opening New Horizons, hosted a live webinar with Mr. Subhranil Dhar, another adult with dyslexia. Mr. Dhar graciously shared his inspiring journey, offering deep insights into his experiences, challenges and achievements.

Mr. Dhar, a self-taught 2D and 3D animator, creative director, and writer whose work bridges art and inclusive education, has written Hercules and Me – A True Story of a Boy Who Turned Disability into Destiny, a screenplay that has won over 20 international awards!

This journey of a boy with dyslexia from Bengal, who turned silence into strength, and learning struggles into self-belief, reminds us that every child carries a hero within and, sometimes, all it takes is to believe. It is also a powerful reminder that when we support neurodiversity, we unlock human potential.

It was truly a unique and empowering moment to witness one adult with dyslexia engaging in conversation with another, as they openly reflected on their personal journeys.

As an organisation dedicated to supporting and empowering adults with dyslexia, we are inspired by these meaningful exchanges and look forward to hearing from all of you as we continue building a stronger, and more inclusive community.

🎬 HERCULES AND ME – Pitch Deck Video
A True Story of a Dyslexic Child Who Refused to Stay Silent

Set in the forgotten corners of 1980s West Bengal, India, "Hercules and Me" is the real-life journey of a young neurodivergent boy — misunderstood, mocked, and left to figure life out alone. With no private tutors, no guidance, and no diagnosis, he trained with torchlight, imagined leopards chasing him to push beyond fear, and sculpted strength from silence.

Inspired by the myth of Hercules, this is a story of raw resilience, instinct over instruction, and the creative power born from pain.

“They said read in black and white, but I saw rivers flowing in the light…” 🌈

This is more than a song.
I Learn in Colors is an anthem for every child, every dreamer, and every learner who was told they were “slow” — but who knew deep inside, they were simply different.

Inspired by the true story behind the film Hercules and Me, this song celebrates the beauty of dyslexia, the courage to learn differently, and the fire of imagination that turns struggles into strength.

✨ What this song is about:

Finding hope when the world misunderstands you.

Turning letters, numbers, and silence into music, stories, and light.

Celebrating creativity, resilience, and learning beyond limits.

🎧 Why listen?
Because learning isn’t about black and white.
Learning is about colors, sound, and freedom.

🌟 Let this song remind you:
You don’t have to fit the rules to shine.
Your difference is your gift.
Your story is your light.
