DCH College celebrated the 150th anniversary of the patriotic song “Vande Mataram” on 8th November 2025 with great enthusiasm. The event began with a tribute to Bankim Chandra Chatterjee and a collective singing of “Vande Mataram.” To mark the occasion, several activities were organized, including a Tree Plantation Drive, a Quiz Competition on India’s freedom movement, and a National Flag Rally led by NCC cadets and students. The celebration reflected the spirit of patriotism, environmental awareness, and unity, inspiring everyone to uphold the values of our nation.

The NCC Unit of DCH College celebrated International Yoga Day on 21st June, 2025 with great enthusiasm and participation. The event began with a brief introduction on the importance of yoga in maintaining physical fitness and mental well-being. Cadets and students performed various asanas and pranayama under the guidance of trained instructors. The session emphasized the theme “Yoga for Harmony and Peace”, encouraging everyone to adopt yoga as a part of their daily routine. The program concluded with a pledge to promote healthy living and spread awareness about the benefits of yoga.
