One-Day Workshop on “Right to Legal Aid: Ensuring Access to Justice for All” was held today, organized by the School of Legal Studies, Swami Vivekananda University in collaboration with Legis & Associates and the District Legal Services Authority.

The session featured insightful talks by Dr. Prem Kumar Agarwal, Associate Professor of Law, GCCBA & Former Judge under WBJS Mr. Tanmoy Chakraborty, Advocate, High Court, Calcutta; and Mr. Mithun Chakraborty, Nyaya Mitra (PLV), District Legal Services Authority, North 24 Parganas, Barasat.
