IISWBM Alumni Committee

The Alumni Committee of the institute is proud to host the first corporate event of the present session (2017-2019) “Guru-kshetra 2017” tomorrow at the college campus. We have invited some esteemed alumni who will be interacting with the 1st year MBA students regarding a particular field of specialization (Finance, Marketing, HR , systems and analytics) which students have to select in their course of study. The students also will get to know the present market scenario from individuals who are MBA graduates from their institute and have now become pillars of their own.

The speakers for tomorrow’s event are :

Systems: Saushik Saha (Business Analyst, TCS)
Finance: Pratim Basu(AVP, Kotak Mahindra Bank)
Analytics: Amitava Sain (Director, PWC)
Marketing: Debroop Dutta (Regional Sales Head, Indiabulls)
HR: Amlan Das ( Head of Employee Relation, Linde India Ltd.)

Corporate events like this surely enhance the alumni connection of the premiere B-school of the nation which boasts of its robust alumni network all around the globe. We hope that we will be able to arrange more such corporate events at the college in near future.

Paradigm will be held on 7th of January(Saturday) from 5.30pm onwards at IISWBM college campus itself.
We have tried to contact all the Alumnis individually. But in case if we have missed anybody so we are uploading a Google Form.
We will be highly obliged if you can fill in the details in this Google Form and inform us if you will be able to join us for the event.

Eid Mubarak and a very Good Morning!!

We, the 2016-18 Alcomm is arranging Guru Kshetra, an interactive meet between our alumni and our current batch on 16th, September. Here our alumni will talk about the different streams that we can pursue, their career graphs, and can help us out with our doubts. There will be a Quiz and a WRITE UP competition which will be judged by our respective teachers.
We hope you like our initiative.

Dear Alumni,

Warm Greetings!

As a part of our annual alumni magazine "Eclat 2015" which is to be published during the Paradigm (i.e. on 2nd January,2016), We have planned to come up with a digital magazine along with our paper back copy.
During the course of time, we will be publishing interview videos of some eminent Alumni members whom we have interviewed this year.

Here, we post a video of Mr. Arindam Sil (Actor/Director) and his views about "IISWBM" . We will publish the complete interview in the digital magazine after Paradigm. Thank you for watching. More updates to follow soon.
