Remember, be careful about the 64/32 Bit configuration which matches with your computer system it should match with the softwares. This is how you can install R. I think this will help everyone.

You can learn about how to use Simplex Method using Excel also you will learn about non linear optimization using Excel also you will learn how to use VLOOKUP HLOOKUP in Excel and also you can learn Some basic syntax of MS Excel. Specially the application of simplex Method using Excel is VVI because in Economics/Statistics/Mathematics very often we find linear optimization problem.The link provides a trick to solve it easily because in reality if you want to solve it manually it will take much time. So better to use MS Excel. But the you need to do just to install the Solver and Analysis toolpark add ins. Office Button>Excel options>Add in >install the same>Go to DATA>solver/(Data analysis for Regression or ANOVA) ...in the next post we will learn some advanced features of Excel.
