Great things happen to those who don't stop believing, trying, learning, and being grateful. Here I present to you the three games which has helped me to think positive and be positive. Try this out and let me know if this has impacted you the same way as it did to me. :)
1- Truth and Dare. (Write one thing that you had achieved (the TRUTH) and one thing that you would like to achieve (the DARE).It helps you to introspect on your achievements and your set goals and gives a reason to be positive about yourself
2- Scavenger Hunt-( Solve this formula E+P=O. Here is E are those events in your life which you are finding it hard to control, P are the positive responses that you have control in and can manage the event with it and O are the outcome of the situation that you want.)
3- Social Activity -(Choose any place to go and help people who are in real need)

Before I started this session instead of the conventional introduction from the participants we played a fun game. The game was to introduce another person and not yourself. While the game worked as an excellent ice breaker it took an interesting turn when we were served some tea and coffee by this gentleman(Man in the picture with blue shirt). What was amazing to see was how people had such loving and positive ways of introducing him, whose been a part of this company for more than 20yrs now personally taking care of each and everyones needs. Just his presence was enough to lift everyones spirit.
Every person matters and is equally important to the overall functions done in a company. No one person is insignificant or small in the process. Everyone needs each other.
