>> Which subject is best in Graduation for getting a job?
- Aniruddha from Baguihati
>>> Dear friend, job neither solely depends upon the subject nor it depends only on qualification. Job demands both academic knowledge and skills. Each and every subject has its own application and employment opportunities. Science based subjects have their own employment options whereas Humanities and Commerce based subjects have other job options. But in reality, successful employment entirely depends upon the quality of the employee. Quality includes practical knowledge of the subject, soft skills, attitude towards the work, commitment, mental hardship etc.
Whatever the subject you are studying or plan to study at the Undergraduate level, at first try to understand how much you fit with the subject. That means, whether you are studying the subject for the sake of studying only or you really love and understand the core meaning and application of the subject. Next try to figure out the various employment areas related to that subject and what academic qualifications needed for that employment. Lastly, increase your soft skills and other non-academic qualities to make yourself sellable(presentable) to the employers. This is the universal formula for cracking interviews and landing a job. At the end, I like to assure you that each and every subject has lots of opportunities in the market. Our best wishes will be with you always.
