According to classical yogic texts like the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Shiva Samhita, and Gheranda Samhita, the human body is not just physical ,it is an intricate network of energy channels (Nadis).

Out of 72,000 nadis, three are considered the most important:

🔵 Ida Nadi (Lunar Energy)
• Flows along the left side of the spine
• Represents coolness, calmness, and intuition
• Connected with the parasympathetic nervous system
• Active during rest, reflection, and meditation

👉 When Ida dominates → the mind becomes calm, inward, and stable

🔴 Pingala Nadi (Solar Energy)
• Flows along the right side of the spine
• Represents heat, action, and vitality
• Linked to the sympathetic nervous system
• Active during movement, focus, and productivity

👉 When Pingala dominates → energy, drive, and alertness increase

🟡 Sushumna Nadi (Central Channel)
• Runs through the center of the spine
• The pathway for higher consciousness and awakening
• Activated only when Ida and Pingala are in balance

According to the Hatha Yoga Pradipika:

“When prana flows through Sushumna, the mind becomes still and liberation begins.”

👉 This is the state where meditation becomes effortless

⚖️ The True Goal of Yoga

Yoga is not just physical exercise.

It is the science of:
• Balancing Ida (mind) and Pingala (body)
• So energy can rise through Sushumna (awareness)

This balance is cultivated through:
• Pranayama (especially Nadi Shodhana)
• Asana
• Meditation

🔥 The Reality Most People Miss
• Constant stress → Pingala overactive
• Laziness / low energy → Ida dominant

👉 Both are imbalances

True mastery = balance → activation of Sushumna

🕉Yoga is one of the best exercises to keep a healthy living physically and emotionally...
Let's know today about the concept of CHAKRAS (চক্র)

What are chakras (चक्र)?

In Sanskrit, the word चक्र or “chakra” means “disk” or “wheel” and refers to the energy centers in your body. These wheels or disks of spinning energy each correspond to certain nerve bundles and major organs.
To function at their best, your chakras need to stay open, or balanced. If they get blocked, you may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to a particular chakra.
There are seven main chakras that run along your spine. They start at the root, or base, of your spine and extend to the crown of your head. That said, some people believe you have at least 114 different chakras in the body.

Your journey of inner peace and awakening begins here, with holistic wellness experts! Step into your true essence, align with your purpose and create a life of joy, abundance and fulfilment.
