Iโve been quiet here for a while.
Life happened โ a lot of it.
Some phases donโt leave space for posting, even when the heart still cares.
The last few days, however, reminded me why I do what I do.
Not as a content creator โ but as a mentor who genuinely worries, thinks, and stands with students when things feel rushed and unfair.
Calcutta University 5th sem exams starting before time had everyone anxious. With very little time, I shared what to focus on and how the paper might look.
Today, seeing every single question come from those areas feltโฆ oddly comforting.
Students are now calling my โpredictionsโ bhagwan-level.
Iโm taking that with humour โ but with gratitude.
There are a few other good news moments from my students too โ Iโll share them slowly.
Today, I just felt like posting this one without overthinking.
Not posting this to brag.
Just sharing a small moment of goodness during a turbulent phase โ when my profession unexpectedly gave me a reason to smile, without any big achievement attached.
Sometimes, feeling useful is enough.
And sometimes, trust is the biggest reinforcement.
Grateful. Always.

We scroll to connect โ but sometimes end up comparing, overthinking, or simply feeling drained. ๐ญ
This artwork is a gentle reminder that too much screen time can quietly affect our attention, sleep, and peace of mind.
Try spending a little more time offline โ with books, nature, or the people who make you feel real again.
Because sometimes, the best way to recharge your mind is to disconnect for a while.

For those who light diyas quietly, missing their people but still holding onto warmth.

and itโs okay to feel both.

Letโs be gentle with one another.
Letโs listen, not just hear.
Letโs create a world where no one feels they must hide their pain to be strong.
Because strength isnโt about never crying.
Itโs about having someone who says, โYou donโt have to hold it in anymore.

โWho am I? What brings me joy? Am I overthinking, or just feeling too much?โ ๐ญ
This artwork reflects what many of us silently face โ the endless noise of self-doubt and overthinking that often hides behind a calm face.
Itโs okay to not have all the answers.
You are more than your confusion, more than your questions โ and you deserve peace even while figuring it out.

โThere is no health without mental health.โ
This artwork by one of PSYRIIโs students reminds us that awareness begins with a conversation โ not silence.
Talking about mental health doesnโt make you weak โ it makes you aware.
One voice, one drawing, one reminder can help .
