Well this is a never ending trend. Headlines and Metadescriptions never go out of trend in the SEO world.
Why is that?
-Headlines tell Google what your content is all about. This helps your website to show up in SERPs
-Metadescriptions are extra information regarding your webpage. Its a summary that is used by users to get the gist if you webpage, and also by Google Bot to crawl and index your site
And everyone knows, if your site isn't crawled and indexed properly, your visibility will decrease and you'll not rank on SERPs.
So what are the best practices for good headlines and metadescriptions?

-Use keywords in your headlines. But don't go overboard. Write for your users, not for Google
-Metadescriptions should be concise and properly detailed for bots to understand content relevance

I mean yeah, why not? Posting consistently takes a bit of time, you gotta take some time to fall into that rhythm, but it's not a hard and fast rule that if you post every Saturday night means that you gotta post it then and any other day is obnoxious.
Your followers will hold a bigger grudge than that if your content quality goes down exponentially in the pressure of remaining consistent.
So what can you do, to prevent this "marketer's block"?
-Schedule a post calendar and plan out your primary and contingency dates
-Keep a good stock of pre-planned and pre-designed content before you start. This will give you a heads start and more time to figure out new types of content
-If on a particular day, you don't feel your content up to the mark..... Go for live videos, webinars or polls (ofc inform your followers beforehand)
-Read and travel (get your knowledge from others and gain some yourself)
Well, these are not the only ones, there are many more too. If you have some of your 1st class tips, why not share some in the comment section?

People worry a lot about the number of backlinks in their website. Now now, it's not wrong at all as Backlinks are a key method to make Google bots know about your Domain Authority, that is, their authenticity.
But take a while and understand what backlinks serve to be. Backlinks are sort of referral links from other websites to yours which shows that other websites do trust the content in your website and these is done both ways.
In order to get backlinks, one has to do a lot, provide original content, guest-blogging, requests for backlinks and many. And often people end up getting links that might harm their domain authority.
But guys, Google isn't that stupid, is it? Above all these factors, what Google prizes the most is whether your content is useful to their users or not, or rather, is it relevant? Does it have a return value?
And consider this too, why would good authorised websites link to you, if your content is not up to the mark, right?
So what should you do?
-Improve Content Relevance
-Write for your audience, not to impress Google
-Get yourself known in the digital world. Google will trust you if other websites do.
-Be consistent in your content
-Be unique in your content marketing strategies
-Use metadata, headings and headers/footers to let Google bots crawl your website properly
-Reduce low quality backlinks
-Link back to reliable sources
Well, that's helpful right?
