یحییٰ بن یحیی، ابوبکر بن ابی شیبہ، اسحاق بن ابراہیم، ابن عیینہ، زہری، علی بن حسین، عمرو بن عثمان، حضرت اسامہ بن زید سے روایت ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا مسلمان کافر کا وارث نہیں ہوتا اور نہ کافر مسلمان کا وارث بنتا ہے۔
