Hon. Ndegwa wahome, MBS Letās be honestāpolitics should never come at the expense of truth. The claims circulating about the alleged diversion of Community Health Workersā (CHWs) stipends are not only misleading but intentionally designed to stir unnecessary tension among our people.
Under the leadership of H.E. Dr. Moses Kiarie Badilisha, Nyandarua County has made significant progress in strengthening the health sectorāby recruiting more CHWs, improving facilities, and ensuring that payments are processed in accordance with budgetary procedures and Controller of Budget approvals.
It is worth noting that all CHW payments follow a transparent financial process, involving both the County Treasury and national oversight offices. No single individual can ādivertā funds as allegedāitās simply not how government systems work.
Instead of spreading political bitterness, leaders should focus on offering solutions and unity, especially for our hardworking CHWs who serve diligently in the villages. Letās not use them as pawns in personal political battles.
Governor Dr. Badilishaās administration continues to prioritize community health, infrastructure, and the welfare of all county workersāwith integrity and accountability.
Nyandarua is moving forward. Letās not let noise drown progress.

Gideon and Ruto appearing together on a poster visiting Baringo South is seen as a symbol of unity in Kenya. However, if Rigathi Gachagua and Uhuru Kenyatta were to appear on a poster visiting Meru, Nyeri, or Murangāa, it would likely be labeled as a tribal or Mt. Kenya affair. We should reject tribal divisions while still appreciating the regions we come from.
