It is also a day to highlight girls’ needs and the particular problems they can face, and drive efforts that meet these needs and fulfill their rights – not benevolently for them, but in partnership with them.

The answer to "How are you?" doesn't always has to be "I'm fine" because in every living being's life there are plenty of ups and downs and sometimes more downs than ups. Instead of suppressing those thoughts we should start doing something about it as our mental health is as important as our physical health.
Talk it out or figure it out but don't bury it down beneath.
