As part of the Vice-Chancellor’s Meritorious scholarship program, Deakin University is offering 100% tuition fee waiver scholarships valued at over INR 6 million each to meritorious Indian students for higher studies in 2022.

Scholarship - UNIVERSITY OF EAST LONDON

University of East London (UEL) is a public university located in the London Borough of Newham, London, England, based at three campuses in Stratford and Docklands, following the opening of University Square Stratford in September 2013. The university's roots can be traced back to 1892 when the West Ham Technical Institute was established. It gained university status in 1992. Scholarships Offered :
If you are an applicant, you need to ensure that you have submitted a complete application, (including your personal statement and supporting documents) and we will assess your application against our internal criteria.
Scholarships range between £1,000 and £3,000 - off your first year's tuition fees- (depending on your course programme). If you receive an offer of a place and are assessed as eligible for an international scholarship, the amount of the award will be indicated in your offer letter.
International Scholarships are issued at the University's discretion and are only available to overseas, fee-paying, offer holders studying on an undergraduate or postgraduate taught programme. Different programmes may attract different amounts and it should be noted that not all applicants will be successful.
Note : International Scholarships are not available for:
Short courses or exchange/study abroad programmes
Franchised programmes
Pre-Masters programmes
International foundation programmes
Pre-sessional English programmes

Chevening Scholarships:
UEL partners with prestigious Chevening and supports Chevening scholars worldwide. Chevening is the UK government’s international awards programme aimed at developing global leaders.
Funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and partner organisations, Chevening offers two types of award – Chevening Scholarships and Chevening Fellowships – the recipients of which are personally selected by British embassies and high commissions throughout the world.

The Commonwealth Scholarships Commission:
The Commonwealth Scholarships Commission in the UK offers a number of scholarships schemes to enable Commonwealth students to study in the UK for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), Commonwealth Master’s Scholarships enable talented and motivated individuals to gain the knowledge and skills required for sustainable development, and are aimed at those who could not otherwise afford to study in the UK. Commonwealth Master’s Scholarships are for candidates from eligible lower and middle income Commonwealth countries, to undertake full-time taught Master’s study at a UK university.

Funding for North Americans
Eligible UEL students can take out Federal Direct Loans from the US government to help pay for school related expenses in the UK (our federal school code is G30450). In addition to Federal Direct loans, we also process funding from the US Dept. of Veteran’s Affairs, College Savings Plans, Canadian student loans and other ad hoc overseas scholarships and bursaries.

COVENTRY UNIVERSITY - SCHOLARSHIPS
Coventry University provides world-class education and concentrates on applied research. The courses at the university are efficiently designed to benefit the students. The college was started back in 1843 with the Coventry College of Design but later it united with the Lanchester College of Technology and Rugby College of Engineering Technology in 1970, to form a Lanchester Polytechnic. In 1987 the name changed to Coventry Polytechnic and in 1992 the University was set up under UK Government legislation. The university has also won the TEF gold for excellent teaching and learning in the country in 2017.
The university offers many UG and PG courses, ranging from finances to engineering. It also owns a research centre as it strongly promotes applied research. The Faculties and schools under Coventry University are Arts and Humanities, Engineering, Environment and Computing, Health and Life Sciences, Coventry Business School and Coventry Law School. The university also provides several accommodation options for the students.
All the accommodations are only a few minutes away from the university campus and one can choose the accommodation they want according to their needs. 1. EU Member State Transition Bursary

EU Transition Bursary offers financial support to the European students wishing to study with us full-time in the academic year 2021/22. If you normally reside in the EU and are starting your undergraduate or postgraduate taught course in September 2021, January 2022 or May 2022, you could be eligible for this reduction in your tuition fees. The value of the bursary brings your tuition fees in line with that of UK students and will be automatically applied for all eligible EU students.

2. Churches Together Hardship Fund
The CTBI Hardship Fund was set up in 1990 by the former Churches Commission for International Students who are facing unexpected financial problems during the final stages of their course. Grants are typically up to £1,000 and are administered based on the basis of an agreed criteria.
Decisions on grants are made three times a year.
• If you are finishing in April-June, you need to apply by mid-December
• If you are finishing in August-November, you need to apply by mid-April
• If you are finishing in December-March, you need to apply by Octobe3.

3. Alumni Discount
If you're considering postgraduate study you could benefit from up to 20% discount to continue your course at Coventry University. This discount applies whether you are continuing in the same discipline or completely switching to a different subject or campus location.
