On January 11 2026, we concluded Dance Dynamite Season 3 - national dance championship. The grand finale is a one day event but the planning that goes into it is a year long process. The auditions, the marketing, the vendors, coordinations.. the list is endless from macro to micro.

When the team said they want us all to perform; I was like sure, why not! Little did I know that this moment on stage would turn into a core memory.
More than a stage performance, it was a celebration of efforts- big and small.

This day will remain special as I received appreciation for ALL my team members and their *actual performance behind the scenes.*
Nothing holds more pride for a leader than being recognised for her team’s work.

Shweta - the one who’s known for her “street-o-classical” style. When asked how she created this blend, she says she didn’t have to think too hard - this fusion is how she is in life. She didn’t create this deliberately, she just didn’t cease being herself while dancing. Her expression turned into her identity. This is something that stayed with me... Dance, not just to perform, but to express your true self.

Everytime I design and facilitate a Musicking with Sanjeevani session, I feel grateful that I chose this path.

Sometimes when the mind is flooded with 500 different thoughts and I’m unable to feel ‘at rest’, I do random doodling where I listen to an instrumental music (mostly a rhythmic piano) and let the ink flow in any direction it wants. How it helps is that the mind immediately gets a focused task without the pressure of any desired result and stops over-thinking.
So while I create a mess on paper, I know I’m helping my mind declutter some of its mess and give me a sense of relief.
It’s a tried and tested tool that I’m grateful for. You all can try too. 💙
