Hi, we are an education venture providing learning solutions for primary school kids.

We are looking for an Executive Trainee - Admin & Accounts to support us in administrative and accounting related tasks. Graduates with the following qualifications may apply - B. Tech, B.Com Computer, BBA, MBA. The candidate should be proficient in basic computer usage including word and excel.

The Candidate will be involved in our day-to-day admin and accounting related activities. Preference for candidates staying close to Kakkanad.

A stipend will be provided during the initial training period.

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to be part of our education venture which provides learning solutions for primary school kids.

The job involves interaction with customers for the most part of the day.

The job responsibilities include proactively initiating calls to prospective customers as well as calls to existing customers for cross-selling / up-selling new product/service offerings.

He/she must gain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings and should be able to plan the number of fresh and follow-up calls to meet targets.

Qualifications and Skills

The major skills and competencies that we look for are:
-Good spoken and written language skills in both English and Malayalam
-Proficiency in spoken Hindi and Tamil will be an added advantage
-Good selling and persuading skills
-Prior experience in outbound voice process/telesales/customer support will be a huge plus
